«Rart å måtte reie opp seng selv, og at man må be om renhold. Meget begrenset frokost, men det som var der var godt. Veldig hyggelig betjening»

«Veldig vakkert hotell»

«Great and helpful staff, very good variation in breakfast, clean. »

«Bra hotell. Kort avstand til byen»

«Fantastisk utsikt, rolig område, god service. Det eneste negative var at hotellet var vanskelig å finne p.g.a vegarbeid .»

«Supert»

«We did not like breakfast much. The pillows are small.»

«Their payment system was not working, I was not able to pay through Expedia and receive the discount that I had. For the price I paid, towels were not even included nor shower gels, I had to pay extra to rent some old looking rags. The breakfast was cereal and milk. They also had some cheap bread and jam. Really disappointed in the quality of this hostel considering the price I paid. The only bonus was the location. Would not return!»

«Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with ...

«Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise, ...

«This was one of the true highlights of our vacation. I can’t recommend this place more highly. Comfortable room, delicious food, and fantastic family care. We needed some extra help, and they were super helpful. I especially loved the breakfast. Be sure to get it. Cute architecture. Highland aesthetic. Convenient to everything. Great little restaurant behind. Book it now.»

«(1) Completely no English-language TV channel available, such as BBC or CNN. (2) The soundproofing is poor. Late at nights or early in the mornings, people are often dragging furniture around and making noise. (3) There are also groups of dogs outside that bark intermittently. (4) For any inquiries or questions, please leave a message and wait for a reply. Response times may vary! Personally I consider it is slow. (5) All the trash in the room must be cleaned up by guests ourselves.»

«We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.»
