Now... what you`re all waiting for! How to ski on/off. :-) Please note, this home is more walk on/ski off. Additionally, early and late season these routes may not be open as trails are weather dependent.
TO SKI ON/OFF: (SNOW DEPENDENT - please check Stratton`s Website for open trails and lifts)
You need to walk up the drive about 400 yards to Trail 91. It’s a ~5 min walk. This will take you down to Sun Bowl Base where you can catch a lift. Or, you can strap in at the base of the driveway and ski down to lot 2 parking for the bus (lot 2 usually only runs weekends & holidays). The trail to do this is Tree Top Way.
There’s also a private complex shuttle that picks you up at the door Friday - Sunday and holiday weeks.
You are then able to ski home at the end of the day down Tree Top Way. It’s only about a 200 foot walk after you unstrap.
Lastly, you`re only a 2 min drive to lot 2 for the bus or a 3 min drive to the base lodge for additional parking.
Digital keypad locks for contactless entry.
Unless there`s an emergency you won`t see us unless you want to! We can always be reached via the app, phone or text.

TRANSPORTATION:
SPRING: All or 4 wheel drive recommended for `mud season`.
SUMMER/FALL: Any car/motorcycle should be fine but keep in mind we have constantly changing terrain; dirt roads, paved, gravel, a mix of all 3, etc.
WINTER: All or 4 wheel drive STRONGLY recommended. Some areas receive better plowing than others and there are some hills that, just front wheel drive, cars won`t make it up.
No matter the season, PLEASE, always drive with caution!
TOW TRUCKS: Are not quick to get to you, especially in the winter but there will be info in your welcome book should you need one.
POSSIBLE RIDES:
While we don`t have taxis, Ubers, etc. there ARE some local drivers who might be able to help. If you`re hoping to book some rides you can try `Mountain Drivers`. Sam is the owner and their number is 802-772-5223. Last I heard, he has 10 drivers. Please let him know Kelton Collective sent you his way.
