Come enjoy this wonderful family home situated at one of the highest points on Stratton Mountain (for housing). This ski on/off home is perfect for a long weekend or week long stay in Southern VT.
Enter onto the lowest level where you`ll have multiple rooms to explore!! You`ll walk in to an enormous boot/ski room where you can unburden yourself from all of your outdoor apparel. Ditch the boots and shoes and skis and bikes and get ready to fully unwind!
This bottom floor has 2 living areas. 1 with a large wrap around sofa, a foosball table and a large TV. The other with a gaming table, wrap around sofa and another television. There`s even a 2nd fridge on this level for you so you can avoid the steps!
Did someone say hot tub?? The owner provides flip flops for you to make your way out the back door to the HUGE hot tub that, easily, fits 9 people.
On this 1st level you also have your 2 bunk rooms; 1 (the KING bunk beds) decorated for the little ladies in your family, and the other (2 twin bunks) for your boys. You`ll also have 2 full bathrooms so no one has to argue about anyone taking too long! :-)
Up the stairs to the main floor. This floor is a show stopper!! With decorations, artwork and furniture straight out of the Midwest and Costa Rica you`ll be transported out of Southern, VT in an instant.
On this level you have your full kitchen, dining room with amazing high backed wooden chairs, living room and a separate seating area just for you to enjoy the fire place! On this floor you`ll also have an office with a large TV and TONS of games for people of all ages, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower.
No matter where you`re relaxing there will be TONS of room for you to sprawl out and enjoy your favorite part of this house.
This floor is also where you`ll exit out onto the patio. (3 season - closed in winter). Deck is adorned with outdoor furniture, a large solo stove and a propane BBQ grill. So, kick back and enjoy your drink of choice after a long day hiking, biking, golf, or shopping in Manchester.
1 more floor! Climb the next set of steps and you`ll get to your 2 en-suite masters. 2 huge rooms, both with king beds, and massive bathrooms. The bathrooms both have amazing soaking/jet tubs and separate showers. From this floor you can also look down to most of the 2nd floor and out of the amazing floor to ceiling windows that take up nearly the entire living room wall!
Skiing!!! Just a quick walk to the trail and you`re on your way! Just ski back down Lower Wanderer at the end of the day and pop onto the hiking/snowmobile path and you`ll be home.
Not a skier? Not to worry, there`s still TONS to do on and off the mountain! Just 25 minutes from Manchester, you`ll be able to kill all the time you need in the wall to wall shops or restaurants in town.
WINTER SHUTTLE:
There`s a wonderful shuttle that runs on weekends and holidays. It runs a loop, continuously, from 8am - 4:30pm. It typically does pick ups from 8am - 12pm and drop offs from 1pm - 5pm.

There is NO EV Plug but we allow EV charging with a standard extension cord. There IS a daily fee. Please reach out for details.
EV CHARGING:
If bringing an EV, we DO allow charging from the house.
The charge $10/day for charging.
Note: There is no 220 outlet.
TRASH:
No LOOSE trash in any outside trash cans. Animals will make a mess & trash collectors will NOT pick up your trash.
Note: There`s a $100 fine for un-bagged trash in the bins.
