Great hotel
Nice hotel and staff. Thr free parking is a big pluss if you travel with car. 20min FREE public transport from outside the hotel to the city centrum.

There were no refrigerator in room, check in was nice however check out was not that great as the receptionist refused to give us a late check out till 12:00 pm and asked for 20 euros fees.

Pulito, silenzioso e vicino al centro. Personale più che disponibile e cordiale. Ampio parcheggio interno. Se dovessi fare un unico appunto la camera era un po’ piccola, ma per qualche giorno è più che accettabile.

Nous tenons à vous remercier d’avoir pris le temps d'écrire une revue détaillée suite à votre récent séjour. Dans notre démarche éco-responsable, les serviettes ne sont effectivement pas changées au quotidien si cela n'est pas votre souhait. Nous supposons qu'il y a eu un malentendu sur ce point; il est vrai qu'en cas de doute, l'équipe préfère en changer une de plus que une de moins afin de toujours offrir le meilleur service possible.Concernant les numéros d'urgence, ils sont bien disponibles dans le livret d'informations clients et sur les affiches de sécurité.Nous avons cependant bien pris en compte vos commentaires pertinents et allons renforcer les supports de communication au sein de l'établissement.Nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau dans un futur proche.

Personnel très accueillant et agreable qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour nos déplacements. L'hôtel est propre et au calme, la literie est exceptionnelle. Le restaurant est bien également, (attention pour les Français, la carafe d'eau est payante : 3€, ça surprend) Le petit déjeuner est au top. Ce fut un très bon séjour.

Rien à dire comme je l'ai dit plutôt si ce n'est l'exicuité de la salle de bain wc très près du lavabo pour un court séjour et seule rangement suffisant mais petit souci isolation acoustique, des voyageurs rentrés tard ont manqués de discernement vu l'heure (conversation et déplacement dans la chambre). Avantage aussi, juste à côté de l'autoroute plus près impossible et aussi du centre 10' en voiture lors d'un prochain séjour à luxembourg je garde votre adresse

Whilst we are happy to read that our team was friendly and supportive and that you enjoyed our comfortable beds, we feel sorry that you faced some inconveniences. We have follow up with the team, but we have no track record that silverfish were reported. Nonetheless we have follow up and taken corrective and preventing measures to free the room from the unwanted visitors. Despite regular pest control and extensive cleaning procedures it can still happen but we are always happy to take any corrective actions right away.In regards of the odor in the hallway, this is unfortunately a general problem in the whole street (so not only limited to the hotel) that occurs when we have a lot of rain. Again, despite some preventing measures in place to prevent this uncomfortable event to occur, we are not able to eliminate it but just to limit it.Should your future travel plans lead you back to Luxembourg, please feel free to contact us in advance, so to make the utmost to provide an immaculate stay.With kind regards,

Indeed the establishment has no AC: unfortunately local regulations prevent us from installing one due to some specific particularities of the building. We try to compensate this with our offer of complimentary (cold) water. Our rooms have been refurbished over the last years and whilst increasing the size is not possible, efforts were done to maxime functionality and space optimization through modern furniture adapted to our guests' needs. The single room you booked is indeed small, cozy and on the quiet backside of the hotel: it's one of our guests' favorites. Finally, rest assured that prices are in line (or below) the offer of our competitors in Luxembourg, and furthermore we include complimentary parking, WiFi, digital newspapers and water. Once again, we regret your disappointment and should you visit us again in the future, we'd make our utmost to make you feel comfortable. Kind regards,

Het hotel is aan een zeer druk kruispunt gelegen. Mijn kamer keek uit op dat kruispunt. Er was geen mogelijkheid om een venster owv het lawaai te openen. Staff was matig vriendelijk. Kamer was goed bemeubeld, maar er is geen ijskast noch waterkoker op de kamer aanwezig.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de lire que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances. Effectivement, il y a certains points qui ne correspondent pas du tout à nos standards. Bien que nous ayons des procédures poussées en termes d'hygiène, il est vrai que certaines chambres n'ont été ré-ouvertes que récemment et certains points nécessitent correction ou remplacement, notamment le bac de douche dont certaines pièces sont affectés par le calcaire et dont le remplacement est déjà prévu. Finalement nous n'avons pas eu de notification quant à une alarme ce jour là: celle-ci ne semble pas voir été déclenchée chez nous. Il est dommage que vous n'ayez pas mentionné ces défauts lors de votre arrivée, nous aurions pu y remédier sur le champs ou vous proposer une autre chambre, afin de rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Après un an d'arrêt, nous n'avons manifestement pas encore repris notre meilleur rythme et les bons réflexes. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir corriger ces manquements et vous fournir ces différents articles lors de votre séjour, le bien-être de nos clients étant au cœur de nos préoccupations. Nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir à nouveau dans un futur proche et sachez que nous mettrons tout en œuvre pour que l’on se dévoile sous des meilleurs jours. The hotel is nice, well located, the staff is friendly. However the walls between rooms are thin, it feels like there's no sound isolation so you can hear the other guests coughing and snoring all night. Not recommended if you need to ensure you will sleep well.
