Bodde her tre netter i forbindelse med jobb. Hotellet var veldig bra på alle måter. Fint rom og interiør. Frokosten var veldig bra og servicen var topp. Bra beliggenhet midt i sentrum, minutters gange fra Kleberplassen, katedralen og kollektivknutepunkt. Har ingen negative erfaringer herfra

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful city. Absolutely no complaints, everything was perfect, excellent service from bell staff on arrival, and at decent price for the standard.Can not rate breakfast, as we chose to have same in a restaurant.

Lives up to its name
Very high quality hotel indeed, and one of the few central hotels with parking possibilities which makes it stressless to travel to Strasbourg by car. It lies right in the heart of the historic centre with a 5 min stroll to all its sights. The room we got was not too spacious, but then we only stayed one night. What is quite impeccable is the service, with litterary every staff member happy to help you. After checking out we spent some quality hours in the city, our luggage and our car being carefully stored at the hotel and then galantly droven out from the garage upon our departure.

Vi bodde på dette hotellet på vei hjem fra ferie. Et fantastisk hotell med ypperlig service. Garasje i kjelleren. Kort vei til gamlebyen med masse fine restauranter og shopping.

Hotel Sofitel,Strasbourg, god komfort og service
Hotellet ligger sentralt og i gangavstand til severdigheter, kommunikasjon og shoopingmuligheter. Stille og skjermet beliggenhet. God service , rent og pent. Gode senger med dyner og myke puter. Har bodd her flere ganger både i jobb og fritidssammenheng.
Noe dyr, men god frokost. Hotellet kan anbefales.

This is a wonderful hotel! This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is exceptional! They went above and beyond at checkout to get us to our departure bus at the train station so we would not miss out flight. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful service! Would stay here again and again!

The lobby, restaurant, and rooms were nice, but the hallways were somewhat creepy. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The only reason I deducted a star was because we had the do not disturb sign on our door, and yet housekeeping knocked at 8:00 AM asking if we wanted service.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the restaurant is delicious, the staff were all great.... But the maintenance of the rooms is shaky. Things like painting and tilework were done by pretty unskilled tradespeople.

Perfect stay in a Perfect Place
The staff was professional and very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the Christmas markets and in a beautiful area, the hotel couldn’t have been a better choice for us.
We also loved that they have their own little Christmas market right outside the doors.
Décor is lovely. We particularly loved the large stork mobile hanging in the lobby!

The Sofitel was in a safe quiet area of Strasbourg but convenient to everything. The Cathedral was a 10 minute walk as were all the shopping and restaurants.
The breakfast was the best. The staff was very helpful.

Wouldn’t call it 5 star. Dust everywhere in the room, if you move any piece of furniture it was thick with dust. Charges for absolutely everything! Got charged even after check out which I have no idea what for because I didn’t use anything so beware! Also 100 € deposit for every night you stay is ridiculous, I stay in hotels 2-3 times the prices back home and never have to pay these prices. Adjust your price to cover everything otherwise it just feels dishonest. Reception staff were very helpful and about the only real positive, would say an average overall rating, nothing flash.

The hotel was very good service and staff were very friendly. The hotel room was very big and area was very clean. Buffet had amazing food and check in was easy and quick!! Love this hotel😊
