«The grounds were beautiful with plenty of places to just hang out. Fire pits at night were a nice touch. There was a cute little porch at the entrance to the room with 2 chairs which we used a lot. My only issue was I had booked a Jr Suite and it was very tiny. No place to put your luggage and the luggage rack was broken. There was a sofa which I guess made it a “suite”. «I would have given this resort 4 star as it is beautiful with a great indoor, outdoor pool, jacuzzi with a water fall, great views, Restaurant (Pablo gave excellent service) and nice rooms.
I did give them a 3 star as the staff both at checkin and checkout were dismissive and not helpful to point out where things are and just unfriendly.
