«Great stay, Lovely full hot breakfast, comfortable beds and clean rooms. The straff in the breakfast hall does a great job keeping it clean and fresh, as same does the house keeping on the rooms! Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and I wonder if it could have been a smoking room earlier. Only this makes me not give top score. »

This motel is filled with construction workers. Absolutely packed with big old diesel trucks mud everywhere. I didn’t feel safe and I would never stay there again.»

«I am a frequent traveler and can say from experience that the room we were given was not up the expectations. Mimslyn is advertised as a quality hotel yet our bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was dirty and we complained to the front desk but we were told they were fully booked and could not move us. The desk clerk made no effort to assist us. The bar food was terrible but the Sunday brunch was worth the cost. That is our only recommendation.»

«Love the peacefulness of the setting, can't be beat. The wait staff at the Lodge restaurant and cafe were great. Hubby is a wheelchair user. Please, stop standing there waiting for us as we a struggling to open, hold the door open and get through the door. Helping another customer, I have no problem with you not offering an extra hand. Just standing there waiting for us to get to the desk to check in or go anywhere in the building, walk over and help. Seating in the restaurant. If the table ...

«Very comfortable bed and with my back problems, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was very good, and the added M and M's by the bed was a nice surprise. Happy hour too was a nice addition. Along with a multiple of snacks and soft drinks offered round the clock. »

«We came in quite late and then when you’r tired and just need to get in, we still had a lot of re-packing to do after days of just visiting amazing places near by, buying stuff, needed to ship a few boxes home to Norway. The staff was just eager to help out, we got a suite that was perfect with two kids high on sugar so thank you for great service and a very large mutch needed suite:-)»

«We chose a king suite on the third floor. I am really critical about cleanliness, but I’ll have to say this room was spotless. The makeover that they did in March is just beautiful. I felt very comfortable in this room and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were very helpful. And the breakfast was much more than we expected. The only thing that made us somewhat uncomfortable was the hotel next-door. There were some pretty sketchy people in their parking lot, but definitely no reflection ...

«I got the handicap cabin which I’m glad about. The shower is bigger compared to the others. Be prepared to use the kitchen sink as also the bathroom sink. They had these s’more kits and enemy were yummy. They provided wood and a bundle was ceder wood & it smelled good. I asked for an extra blanket and they provided one. «Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.»
