«The staff were absolutely lovely - so friendly, helpful and they made it seem like we weren't in a budget motorway hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right which is rare. Plus it was half the price of other budget chains. Obviously no onsite new but made to look old pub for breakfast like other hotels but that was ok as there was one at the next motorway junction if you were that keen!»

«Really nice hotel. Stayed only 1 night. Nice bar and good pizza in the bar. Close to the Stoke City FC stadium, which was optimal for the walk back after the match. Ordered taxi a few times, and they came within minutes. About 10 min ride to S-O-T train station and Hanley.
The room was really nice with a good air condition. Couldn't get the tv to turn to viewable channels, but didn't investigate it further since it was not important to me.»
