I entered the motel office and there was a male and female employee behind the check counter i told them i would like to check in and have a Expedia reservation. i asked the female behind the counter in front of me if i get the same room with a tub i stayed in the night if it's available? She asked me the room number and said that room wasn't available and told me the room Number i would be staying in. I asked if that room had a tub because i have stayed in rooms there before without tubs and the room i picked for my reservation liste shower tub combination like the room i rented the night before and i was hit by a truck only renting a hotel room so to soak in the tub because i only have a shower where i live and the male told her he was going to check another room. When he came back he said i ordered a standard room and they have showers he wouldn't even look at the screen shot of room description i picked. I said if i can't get a room with a tub like the description of the room i picked for my reservation the. I want a refund on my credit card because im only renting a hotel room to soak in tub. He said im not getting a refund and he looked at computer and said in August i was playing loud music and my dog ran out the room and he was going to call the police on me. Totally ignored me when i said I never played loud music and my highlt trained service dog never would run out of room and waits to be leashed or he wont go out.
