« Host’s communication needs to improve! When we checked in, beddings didnt look fresh, so I asked: Me: sent pic & asked “this is how bed? Sheets washed/clean? Her reply: If we are going to have these kinds of problems because how I choose to make my bed then your more than welcome to try a room at the hotel ( copied & pasted from her text)»

«The location was perfect for a family trip. We were close enough to venture downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet and clean. Chris’ communication and recommendations were impeccable! We had an absolute blastAnd would 100% recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Key West. Our only complaint is the pool could have been just a tad warmer. »

"Here’s a polished English review based on your notes: ⸻ Rating: 2/5 Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was disappointing. There was a constant noise in the room coming from the pipe system inside the walls, and it made it very difficult to sleep. The sound persisted throughout the night, and as a result, I slept poorly."
