«The hotel needs an upgrade. The paint on the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The tub looked stained. I also found a black bug in the bathroom when I returned from an outing . I mentioned to the front desk attendant during checkout and he said he would tell his manager. If I had to stay for more than one day, I would have went to another hotel.»

«My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Griswold, CT. We found our room and all the premises to be exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great and offered a variety of food. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. Especially Debbie the manager. She was able to find us a room and check us in a bit earlier than what was required. We both agree that should we visit the area again, the Griswold Comfort Inn is where we will stay and recommend to others.»

«Beautiful spa and hotel. Comfortable beds. Ascot pub is great. Didn't try the others. Free shuttle to Mohegan Sun s a nice perk. I only put 'good' for a few things.
