10 Star Ranch Cottage · Fishing Lake · Sleeps 6

Welcome to The Cottage at 10 Star Ranch, a rustic ranch-style retreat tucked on one of the most unique private properties in the Stephenville area. At 1,200 sq ft, it's cozy without feeling cramped, and it comes with something most rentals in the region simply can't offer: a private stocked fishing lake right outside your door.

The Cottage sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms. A king bedroom with private ensuite bathroom for the adults, and a four-twin bunk room with its own ensuite bathroom, perfect for kids, a group of friends, or anyone who doesn't mind a little camp-style sleeping.

Inside, the rustic ranch character carries through every room. A comfortable living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a warm laid-back atmosphere make this the kind of place you settle into fast. It's simple, well-appointed, and genuinely relaxing.

Step outside to the covered porch with two rocking chairs and a view straight out to the lake. It's the kind of morning you plan a whole trip around. From there you've got direct access to the private stocked lake with bass, catfish, and crappie. Grab a rod, pull up a chair, and enjoy the kind of quiet that's getting harder and harder to find.

A few things to note: The Cottage is a fully self-contained rental. Guests have private access to the cottage, outdoor seating area, and the fishing lake. The main house, pool, outdoor bar, and patio are not included with this rental.
