Come home from your daily adventures to enjoy access to a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center with a Peloton exercise bike, a steam room, massage services, and a winter shuttle that can connect you to Steamboat's countless attractions. Inside the condo itself, you'll find two bedrooms paired with two full bathrooms (one of which has a soothing Jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom), a washer/dryer where you can toss your snowy socks, and a wealth of at-home entertainment - including three flatscreen TVs and free WiFi - to take advantage of each evening. Spend sparkling summer afternoons outside on the balcony admiring the view, and curl up all winter in the warmth of the gas fireplace encased in natural stone.

This condo is part of the EagleRidge Lodge in Steamboat Springs, a complex that's ideally positioned just a quarter-mile stroll from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a seven-and-a-half mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park. You'll have plenty of lush green fairways to tee off from with Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, Haymaker Golf Course, and Steamboat Golf Club all close by.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
