Kitchen – Electric Stove
Bedroom#1 – King Bed, HDTV, Ensuite Bathroom (walk in shower, large soaking tub)
Bedroom#2 – 2 Twin Beds and Can set up as King Bed upon request, HDTV, Ensuite Bathroom (walk in shower, bathtub)

Location & Transportation:
-- Lifts: Wildhorse Gondola is just outside the front door of the building. That gondola runs in the winter and takes guests directly to the ski area base
-- Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball - 500 feet from condo
-- Town: 2.5 miles to downtown Steamboat. Less than a mile to Steamboat Ski Resort
-- The pool and hot tub are located on the ground level, behind the property
-- A free private shuttle is available to guests during the ski season. In the summer, there are multiple bus stops within a short walk.

Access:
– Accessing the Property – No stairs to enter the building. Elevators to all floors. Unit is a single level.
– Parking – Reserved free parking in a covered, heated garage
– Trailhead Lodge is off a main, well plowed road. In the winter and shoulder seasons we always recommend 4wd/AWD as driving conditions can be icy, snowy and slippery.

Minimum age to book: 27. All guests must be above 27 unless they are children of the booking party.

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $4500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect.
