  • Boasting the closest location to the slopes of Mt. Werner, this mountainside ski chalet is just a few steps away from the hot tubs and filled with fantastic in-suite amenities that include a private washer/dryer, a furnished balcony, and a cozy gas fireplace to keep everyone nice and toasty!

    This is a fully equipped, family friendly condo that features a full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with seating for six. The living area has comfortable seating, an exposed beam ceiling, and a warming, gas fireplace. There is also a furnished balcony accessible from the living room and main bedroom - the perfect place for alfresco dining or just kicking back with your morning coffee and breathing in that fresh mountain air. Oh, and you'll have a private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's laundry, so you can even afford to pack light for your trip!

    The main bedroom features an attached bathroom. For extra sleeping space, there is a sofa bed in the living area.

    Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Great location and condo was in overall good condition. Would had liked a few updated board games, you only have puzzles and trivia pursuit 1992 edition, which didn’t work out for our kids born in 2010. Had groceries delivered but didn’t realize the condo wouldn’t have salt, pepper, oil, tinfoil, or even Tupperware style storage containers. Overall, I would stay in this condo again, but would bring a couple card games. Oh yeah, I suggest to update the TV and to fix the gas fireplace.

Good location, old dated condo

The location and the shuttle were convenient to the mountain. The condo itself was old shabby and tired. The beds were uncomfortable. The furniture was worn. The kitchen was horrible. There were no sharp knives. Cabinets were falling apart. This condo needs a complete overhaul.

Great property

Condo was wonderful - the rooms were clean and nice size. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking you may need. Bring your own bag of ice. TV in each room. Only disappointment was the pool was not open in mid September which I wasn’t informed of until the week before by Vacasa and the hot tubs closed two hours earlier then the posted 10:00pm signs. I know it’s not busy season but my kids were disappointed to no use the heated pool. Otherwise great stay just check pool closing before you book if that’s important to you.

Great Location, but....

The location is great if you're going to ski! Each unit is different, and the photos make things look better than they are. Furniture is very old, and falling apart. The king bed in the master has a huge depression on the right side. All of the bathroom fixtures are 20 years old - faucets leak, baseboard heat in the master didn't work (but it was still warm enough), pots and pans are in dismal shape - warped, coating on pans coming off. This place needs an overhaul to charge the same rate as other units that have been updated. The staff at the front desk is great - and again, the location is awesome!

Great stay

We had a great weekend staying here. Our family of 6 was comfortable and had what we needed. The second bedroom description said there was a Queen a full bed, but I'm pretty sure they were both double/full beds. Two kids on them was tight. The sofa bed could use a new mattress as well. Other than that, the place was very nice.

Great staff, comfortable space, handy location

I haven't been in winter, but this property felt to us like Steamboat Springs itself: more outdoors, fun, and human than the stereotypical ski destination. Staff was warm and helpful, but also relaxed. Building was not quite at today's standard of convenience and style, but perfectly comfortable and actually a better environment to relax in with close friends and family than a glitzier plsce would have been. Honestly, the only things that bothered us at all were, I suspect, responsibility of the individual unit owner. I didn't know they still made Mr Coffee type machines. I do know they don't make decent coffee. Similarly, it seems chintzy to stock a "sleeps 7" condo with so few plates, bowls, and glasses, some of them chipped. The biggest annoyance for our group, which likes to cook simple meals together, was the dullest collection of cheap knives i have ever seen--even as a ooor kid growing up in a trailer.

Condo A205

The condo unit location was key! It was in the closest building to the slopes and the unit was just one flight down the stairs and a few steps from the hot tubs which was ideal for us after a long day on the slopes. Also, this unit comes with a washer and dryer! I definitely used the dryer every day to dry ski gloves and clothes. These are the reasons we chose this condo. These perks definitely made up for any negatives. The reasons for only four stars: you could hear EVERYTHING going on above us. It was like they were having a party at 6:18am every morning. Also, the condo itself was a bit shabby. It was in dire need of new bedding as the bedding was faded and worn. The living room chairs had the bottom coming off underneath of them. The carpet was very old and worn. The countertops were the old laminate kind where other units had updated with granite. Next time we come here I'll definitely seek out a condo on the third floor! That being said, the condo served its purpose well and we had a great vacation and look forward to coming back!

Making Memories

Thank you for a very comfortable place to stay. I loved waking up to a beautiful, peaceful surrounding. This is our last softball tournament in Steamboat for awhile as our daughter will be heading off to college in the fall. We have had many fond memories. We have had many fond memories of baseball and softball in steamboat Springs over the years. We have enjoyed the town and surroundings very much.

Convenient, outdated

This was a convenient condo that needs some renovations. It was clean and satisfactory but bedding, appliances, and general appearance is outdated. Pictures were misleading. It's in a building with multiple floors and is not sound proof. We could hear people both outside and directly above us. Convenient access to the shuttle to ski. Nice fireplace.
