A free city bus service stops across the street. Leave your car in the garage for your entire stay. Corner unit is private, quiet, and has a balcony overlooking a creek. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub & heated pool (outside of shoulder seasons), workout facilities, and our "Bike Town USA"! Unit is well furnished with all amenities.

The space
This quiet unit is the perfect unit for a family or group of friends. We request a max of 8 guests. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, plus a third bedroom with a full-size bed and a bunk bed. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This is a very comfortable, spacious mountain condo with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

Leave your car in the garage for your entire stay. The free local bus service stops across the street. There is also free private bus service during ski season. This end unit is very private with a balcony overlooking the creek. There is a free washer/dryer, and the unit is fully furnished with all amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, pool (heated during ski season & summers - not during 'mud seasons'), and workout room. There is also a private ski locker for guest use. A fire pit and gas cooking grill are available in the pool area.

Steamboat Springs is the perfect location for a vacation year-round and this condo can be your home away from home.

Summer note: there is no air conditioning in the unit (open windows and available fans will usually do the trick)

Guest access
No check-in necessary. Keyless entry to the building and unit. If the parking pass was not left behind, as is requested of previous visitors, guests will need to get one from the main desk. This is located up Eagle Ridge Drive (take a left out of driveway) in the Eagleridge Lodge (1/2 mile away at the top of the road on your right).

Other things to note
There is only one parking spot reserved in the heated underground lot per unit. Additional 'guest' passes may be available from the "front desk" which include a handful of extra spaces (some located in the exterior lot).

Additional parking is available on some streets near the condo. Details are provided in the visitation brochure that will be emailed prior to your visit.
