With an unbeatable location and lovely mountain views right from the furnished private balcony, this mountainside condo is the perfect place to spend a ski vacation with friends and family. Inside, a bright and spacious living room is dressed in lots of comfortable furniture and rustic decor, crowned with a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is waiting with all the appliances and cookware you need, and you can serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table. This home has four bedrooms, the main with a king-size bed, access to the private balcony, an en-suite bath, and a flatscreen TV, the second bedroom with a queen and a TV, and the next two with twin sets. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping space. As a guest, you'll have free WiFi, easy access to the free city bus route, common area coin-operated laundry facilities, elevators, and complimentary garage parking.

After a full morning of powdery slopes at Steamboat Ski Resort, enjoy an après-ski meal at one of the many mountaintop eateries like Four Points Lodge or Ragnar's. You'll also have lots of outdoor activities to enjoy with horseback riding, sleigh rides, tubing, and snowmobiling nearby. There is plenty of hiking close by at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
