The vaulted ceilings and brick accents make for a charming and comfortable ambiance and the private patio is just the place to sip a morning coffee before heading out for a day of activity! Kick back on a spacious living room sofa to enjoy a favorite movie on the large TV while munching on hot buttered popcorn with the kids. The full kitchen boasts tile countertops, terrific appliances and cookware, and plenty of lustrous cabinetry to store all your vacation staples.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, an attached bathroom, balcony access, and a TV. There is a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a separate twin bed in the second bedroom, along with a TV and access to an additional full bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping options as well.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
