A cozy updated mountainside condo only five minutes to mountain or a short drive downtown: new for 2025 updated flooring, updated Bathroom, updated Modern Farmhouse Bathroom, and new Gas Fireplace

-Full size, well stocked kitchen with regular & Keurig Coffee
-Private bedroom with King Bed
-Large living room: gas fireplace, leather reclining sofa, 50 inch TV plus 100+ channels, high spd WiFi, streaming options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Etc).
-Pool & hot tub out back door
-Washer and Dryer in unit
-Free Bus Stop: 1 min walk from condo door: takes you to Ski Mtn, town, & stores
-Access to Fire pit & BBQ.

We have a strict no pets policy. Please plan to leave your furry friend at home as due to HOA policy absolutely no pets are allowed in Short Term Rentals .

This is a updated and well maintained mountainside condo. It is in a highly desired location. 5-10 min walk to the slopes and also on the Free Bus Route (5 min to Base of Ski Mtn on Free Bus). Other popular destinations are Fish Creek Falls (16-18 min drive), downtown (6-8 min drive), and Strawberry Hills Hot Springs (25 min drive).

You will have access to the entire 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo including access to two hot tubs and a pool (pool is only open during warm months of year; Hot Tubs are normally closed immediately after Ski Season until Memorial Day and then again mid October until Ski Season starts back up), and personal ski closet for storage right outside your door. The condo also includes a washer and dryer in the unit, one storage closet inside the unit and access to a common area with an outdoor grilling area, fire pit, and hot tub nearby.

Inside the condo you will find a fully stocked kitchen, living room area, bedroom, washer & dryer, and separate bathroom. Also available to guest is a pack-n-play for infants or toddlers .

The kitchen has all the necessities needed to cook any meal in addition to a toaster, and Kuerig coffee maker and also regular coffee maker. Coffee and tea will be provided but you will need fresh creamer.

The living area includes a new gas fireplace, two leather electric reclining couches, both very comfortable, and a 50 inch flatscreen TV. The TV includes a DVD player. It also has access to multiple Xfinity cable channels including HBO, Disney, and ESPN just to name a few and is a Smart-TV with direct access to the Wi-Fi which is also included. So you can stream any of your favorite Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming channels.

The updated modern farmhouse bathroom includes a stand up shower, freshly washed towels and spare bathroom necessities.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Laundry detergent will be provided .

I will provide information as needed for the bus schedule , along with dining options and nearby activities. I’m happy to try and accommodate any special request, so please don’t be afraid to ask. I can’t guarantee I’ll be in town, however, I’m always available and very responsive via Vrbo..

Good for a night…

We were just passing through 1 night so this worked for us. Drew is very responsive. The place has some updates which make the pictures online seem impressive, but it’s an old condo and kinda smells like old building. It was not the cleanest to my standards but I’m very particular. Many things were dusty as if not wiped in a while and front entry mat inside was very dirty which upon first entrance doesn’t give best vibes. The mattress is more firm and our backs were hurting the next day. Overall it worked for what we needed but not our best pick of a place.

This was the perfect place for our short stay in Steamboat Springs. The condo was clean and just as described. The hot tub was a nice bonus to wind down. Communicating with Drew was super easy and we had zero issues. The complex is clean, quiet, and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Not All Aspects of the Condo worked

The property was in a good location and generally clean. Good things: nice washer/dryer and lots of extra towels. Host was responsive to questions.But… many of the features listed were not working or not available: gas fireplace did not work, was fixed by host and worked for only one day before breaking again (apparently they were replacing it by not until April), power recliners on sofa and chair—-none worked, kitchen was missing a number of small plates. Also the ‘Condo Guide’ provided through a link after we arrived was inconsistent with emails received about checkout instructions (and also how the TV remotes worked). The fact that the reclining sofa and reclining chair did not work was a problem—-we did not even know they could recline until we got the guide and then had to figure out where the recliner buttons were and none of the connections for the power worked. The mattress on the bed was great except that the bed was so high I felt like I needed a ladder to get up on it each time. Not sure why it needs to be so high.Given the price, all aspects of what is advertised should have worked on day one and throughout our visit. If you rent this property, look over everything and make sure everything is there and works on Day 1.

This place is cozy and has everything you need. Don’t expect a luxury stay but the location is great and the host is responsive. I would definitely stay at this place again. * there is no A/C! Keep that in mind when you book depending on the season.

Great spot for two near the mountain!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is wonderful—just a short walk (10ish minutes) to the gondola, which made getting to the slopes nice and easy. (The bus system is also top tier if you haven't experienced it.) Drew was a great host, providing clear and timely communication that made check-in and our entire stay seamless.The amenities were a nice plus, especially the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The space was clean and had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy getaway!

Summer Stay

Drew was a great host! Communications were friendly and he was very responsive. Check in and property instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Location was good. Easy drive to downtown area and condo conveniently situated near pool and hot tub. The condo was very clean with adequately stocked kitchen. Our only real issue was only one small fan supplied with no A/C, but host seemed surprised like there should have been several, so likely remedied the situation. The condo was older, but well maintained, and we did not pick up on the fact that it is half underground which wasn’t an issue just a surprise. For the price, this was a nice option in Steamboat Springs area.

An amazing stay! Our host, Drew, was super helpful and made sure to hit every point of the check-in/checkout process via great communication. A perfect couples getaway that totally has room for more if needed, however perfectly ideal for couples during summer and winter months - right next to the mountains and great nature accessibility. 10/10 would recommend!

Very nice condo, 1 1/2 blocks to the Gondola Square. The unit is comfortable and practical with everything needed for a short stay. However there is an unsolved mystery: what is the light in the tub drain? 😊

Perfect Quick Stop

Great place to stay on our way to Denver! The access to the free bus to downtown and resort is key. The property doesn’t have AC, but it wasn’t an issue. It was in the 90’s during the day but very cool at night so don’t let that deter you from a great property.
