The space
Located in the lower level in a six-plex, this apartment is cozy but compacted with amenities. As you walk inside you will enter the living room w/ genuine leather sectional, fireplace, 65 inch 4k Roku TV, BluRay Player and kitchen. In living room there is a twin size daybed with a twin size trundle.

To the right of living room is the dining room and kitchen. Dining room seats 4 people and kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Large appliances include stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Smaller appliances include toaster, blender, kettle, waffle maker and Keurig individual & drip combo maker. Coffee, cream, sugar and sugar substitutes included.

Off the kitchen is a small bedroom with barn door. It includes a queen bed with a 14 inch Dyonery mattress. High quality pillows included on every bed. 2 are medium firm and 2 are softer for all sleepers. Bedroom has closet with hangers, clothes container and luggage rack. Separate 4k Roku TV in bedroom.

The last room is a full bathroom that includes a washer/dryer, stand up shower and single sink. High quality towels for comfort. Include with laundry is laundry detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board.

Apartment is kid friendly with High Chair, Pack-n-Play, childrenware and board games.

Being a six-plex, we do have quiet hours between 10 pm- 8 am strictly followed. Even outside quiet hours we ask to be respectful of other guests. Also there are no pets allowed. Smoking and pet fee is up to $500. One parking spot is available per guests. If you need more please reach out.
