When we arrived, we spent approximately 30 minutes outside in the cold attempting to get the door code to work (digital lock), but it would not unlock the front door. We tried calling the phone number listed on the booking, only to find that it was disconnected. After contacting VRBO customer service, we were placed on hold for about 20 minutes before getting assistance. Had to get a physical hidden key for entry.Additionally, the hot water ran out after just one 3-minute shower. With six people staying in the home, this made it very difficult for everyone to get ready.We were also disappointed to learn that the advertised hot tub closes at 5:00 PM and is not open on Saturday and Sundays, which accounted for the majority of our stay. On top of that- we discovered that it’s been permanently closed for a few months yet advertised that it’s an available amenity!Lastly, there were multiple carpet nails exposed that one of us stepped on drawing blood. The carpet connection to wood floor is separating and needs to be fixed.Overall, didn’t feel like the house was worth the money we paid for it. Stay at your own risk.
