Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including both living rooms, kitchen, balcony, and in-unit laundry. Parking is available for 3+ vehicles in the shared HOA lot — passes are required and are provided inside the unit.

During winter, the neighborhood transforms into a snow-covered haven ideal for skiing and snowboarding. Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for accessing local attractions. From the parking area, guests will walk approximately 0.1 miles along a lighted pathway and ascend 40 stairs to the front door. Direct shuttle available using LakeLink free shuttle service. Beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive. Ski resorts are accessible using ski shuttle from the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains are necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



There are approximately 40 stairs from the parking lot to the front door.



Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.



Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy are prohibited



Notice that the renter will be issued a parking permit which must be on display on the driver’s side dashboard of the vehicle and that failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle; and



Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
