«Jeg skjønte med en gang jeg kom inn hovedporten at det var klasse over dette hotellet. Bagasjen blir tatt ut av taxien, dørene åpnes , de ansatte er fokusert på meg og gir alldeles utmerket service. Enorme rom. Kjempe kingsize seng. Bad med både badekar og egene stor dusj. Elektrisk bidè, måtte bare prøves... Behagelig temp på rommet. Frokosten er vel noe av det mest delikate jeg har vært borti. Alt virket lagt fra bunnen av. Kan anbefale hotellet på det varmeste.»

«The best thing about this hotel, is the location. It’s in the midle of center, close to everything. For the price, it's a good hotel. Rooms are big and service super. The only thing to put a finger on, is the carpet on the floor. It was discusting. You cant walk there without shoes. It was some markes there, that looked as blood. It was sticky and just awful. My reccomandation is to remove the carpet. Beside that, a great hotel for that price.»

«Room was great: nice amenities and very clean. Gym facilities were clean with well-maintained equipment. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was fresh. Staff was pleasant and helpful. »

«Room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options were limited but they were delivered to room which was convenient and nice. I walked everywhere because UB traffic sucks, took me about 20-30 minutes to the main square »

«Excellent location and service. The room was small and didn’t have space to open our luggages. It’s 12 mins walk to Gandantegchinlen Monastery. Hotel staff got us a taxi to the Winter Palace of Bogd Khan, Last Emperor of Mongolia. We had a nice time. Thank you. »

«There wasn’t room to walk around the bed but there was more wardrobe space for hanging your clothes. The bathroom is spacious but the shower area is fully enclosed so it can be a little cramped for someone of a bigger size. Also, water can leak out of the shower into the toilet area if you’re not careful. The room isn’t very soundproof either and I could hear the loud music being played outside from some event. However, it was still a comfortable stay and I wouldn’t mind staying here again. »

«The bathroom was small, but renovated and nice. OK price at the spa. Several restaurants' in the hotel. The reception was not very flexible regarding breakfast. We had to leave really early and could not use the breakfast coupon. Asked to get a coffee in the coffee shop the day before instead, but that was not possible. Insisted on giving us a sandwich in the morning instead that ended up not being eaten. »
