Welcome to your Penn State Destination, part 3. This house is 3 bedrooms, one bathroom that is in close proximity to downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, Pegula Ice Arena, and Tussey Mountain. This is in the main floor of my home, and the basement is an apartment that is separated with its own entrance.

Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
(2) Large Wire Dog crates available upon request

Discounted rates available for repeat renters

Please note, entry is NOT permitted into the apartment unless an alternate route is needed in case of a fire or emergency. If guests are seen entering the apartment, your group will be evicted from the premises without warning or refund.

There are 3 Ring cameras on the entire property that all record motion and audio. Placement of cameras available upon request.

*A Siberian Husky does live in the home when the property is not rented if anyone has allergies to dogs.*
