«Our host Paolo was extremely helpful from before we arrived to even after we left. An invaluable local contact on top of a wonderful, clean room with an amazing balcony where you can have breakfast and coffee. The cleaner Giovanna also cleaned our room everyday. The room is well isolated from the noise outside but sometimes a little noisy in the morning for noise from the breakfast area but this is only a problem for light sleepers. Overall an amazing stay and we will be back!»

«We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!»

«Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!»

«Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home.»

«Clean, nice room, central location, parking and very nice staff.»

«Nice cosy hotel with very friendly staff»

«this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again.»

«Hallway was really bad smell 🙁. Elevator is not working every day … We can not open windows b/c about close to neighbors. I think I requested street view … but was street view but wrong side . very dirty in front of the door ..Never comeback to that place .Thank you !!!»

«Clean room and excellent staff»

Uansett - anbefales.»

«Fantastic location and clean facilities. The best thing about Ad Hoc though are the people there - warm and welcoming. They made a great breakfast for us at the terrace every morning. Would definitely recommend staying here!»
