The entire home is just for you, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in the main level, owner's loft suite with its own bathroom in the upper level, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas blend with the oversized windows and the full length deck with BBQ area overlooking Lake Martha and your own private waterfront park with kayaks, private dock and a gazebo.

We live 20 minutes away and we can be reached through the app at anytime. Also, our direct emergency number can be found on the fridge.

- The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars only.
- No oversized commercial vehicles allowed. This is a busy road. no street parking is available.
- Accessing the lake and the house requires the use of stairs.
- This house is not child proof.
- There are 2 private bedrooms in the main level and a master suite which is the entire upper semi private loft with its own bathroom (see photos).
- Lake Martha is a quiet lake (no gas motors allowed)
