When arriving at the property, you'll find that the driveway ends at the wooden planters just to the left of the Pool House. Kindly refrain from driving onto the walkway, which begins just beyond the planters and leads to the entrance.

SUN ROOM/OFFICE SPACE:
Just off the main entrance, the Sun Room offers a private WFH office space, as well as a second TV, pull-out couch, and board games for your enjoyment. Gaming enthusiasts will appreciate that the inventor of Scrabble, Alfred Butts, lived in Stanfordville, and the town hosts yearly tournaments in his honor!

A smokeless Solo Stove fire pit is located on the deck, surrounded by built in benches and tables.
A 4 burner propane grill and grilling utensils are available for you to use.

While the home is thoughtfully lined with fencing and greenery for privacy, it is situated off Route 82. Some noise may occur from time to time.

- If you would like to bring a dog, you must add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking.
One dog is allowed per reservation for a fee of $50 per animal/per night, unless otherwise approved by the host (please send us a message).
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- This home is equipped with a backup generator
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.
-You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. We hope you enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damages occur, you are protected under Waivo.

🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
