«General cleanliness. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Multiple spiders/bugs throughout. There was also a mug growing mold that was left by the kitchen sink. We ended up not staying over night. We just used the space to get a ready for the wedding we were attending in the area. »

«Wonderful and lovely vacation home! I wish we could of stay longer. Very very clean and comfortable. The only somewhat critic is that its beside a very busy road and we can hear the cars driving. It is still very private and peaceful with the trees. Loved the camp fire and listening to the cicidas at night! I highly recommend and would stay there again if visiting Virginia.»

«Very nice secluded property. Enjoyed our daily deer watching around the pond area. Perfect area for dog to run around and enjoy nature also. House was clean and ready for our stay. Two separate living areas (first floor vs second floor) were both supplied with what was needed for our stay. Plenty of towels provided. Plenty of areas to choose to sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Communication was fantastic prior to stay and during our stay.»

«I had a lovely stay at the cottage. My dog and I stayed here for a few nights. The location was perfect if you want to visit the wineries and the Charlottesville area. The cottage was super adorable and cozy and comfortable and clean. It was well stocked with the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re coming to the Charlottesville area, I highly recommend renting this cozy cottage. And the host was readily available every time I had a question. I hope to stay here next time ...
