We had a fantastic experience renting this apartments while in town for a family wedding. The unit was immaculate and the communication was top notch. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and two children. We also had family member rent unit #2 across the hall. The apartment is within walking distance of children’s playground, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and other attractions. The check in/out process was seamless. We unfortunately left an irreplaceable item behind and the hosts went above and beyond to find and return to us. We will be forever grateful for this!

Extremely Disappointing Stay We stayed at the Stylish 3BR/2BA Retreat #3 in Harbor Point for five days and were extremely disappointed. The unit is on the third floor with no elevator, which was never mentioned. We had to carry heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs, and our 83‑year‑old mother struggled badly, if she were in a wheelchair, we wouldn’t have been able to access the apartment at all.The place also turned out to be poorly cleaned. After settling in, we found long hairs on the floors and even on the bed. There was no vacuum, only an old broom. On the first morning, both shower drains were clogged, and even after using the plunger many times, nothing improved. The owner’s only response was asking if the “screens were free of debris,” which was not helpful. He said someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up, and we dealt with flooded showers the entire stay.The carpets underneath the beds were filthy, and the apartment had poor ventilation, so we smelled neighbors’ cooking all night. The only positive was the kitchen, which had decent dishes and a good refrigerator. Overall, this property was a major disappointment. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else.
