«Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front ...

«Do not stay here! Property is in shambles. Bar not open. Safe didnt work. Gave us another room, safe didnt work. Lobby furniture is dirty and carpets are worn and stained. Villa area is a home for ferrel cats. Pool area dirty. Looks like no repairs or upkeep since hurricane. Didn't feel safe walking the property. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site.

«Dette pensjonatet ligger sentralt iforhold til cruz bay men er veldig slitt. Vi fikk et lite rom i underetasjen uten varmtvann i dusjen. Vi forsøkte å spørre om et rombytte men dette var ikke mulig. Rom 121 bør man unngå å bo!!!!!»
