Falling asleep to the ocean was the best! We came from cold and snow back home, so off went the A/C and we enjoyed the screened doors. What a quiet place, even with all the units rented, the crowd there is very respectful of the noise levels. We enjoyed eating out on the large patio. There was stuff there for younger kids if needed, we had our teen son with us. We had plenty of room for the 3 of us. There were plenty of towels. The beach towels were awesome. We actually swam in the resort pool multiple times a day. It is not heated, so, it is a bit shocking at first, but we got used to it pretty fast. The unit is by the marina if you do any of the water activities advertised it is less than a minute walk. We loved the little lizards and occassional iguana on the property. I took a short walk on the beach to the resort next to this where there was a (salt?) pond. There were some beautiful birds there. The property was in a great location, within minutes of Red Hook or lots of other options in any direction. A little over 20 min from the airport. Thanks for a great stay!
