Enjoy a marina front newly renovated Sapphire Village Studio Condo with a balcony overlooking beautiful Sapphire Beach's turquoise water. Island Time is located in the waterfront Saba building, just footsteps away from the pool, restaurant & bar. Endless activities including jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, deep-sea fishing, sailboat charters, and more. A short stroll around the marina to beautiful Sapphire Beach. Be sure to visit trendy Red Hook, less than five minutes away, where you will find the ferry to St. John & the BVI's, restaurants, shopping, and plentiful nightlife. Or relax and take in the sounds of the ocean and feel the true Caribbean breeze.

The condo is cozy & well equipped.
Kitchen includes; refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes & utensils.

Sleeping includes: King size bed
Entertainment includes Smart TV w/ Free NETFLIX. Free private Wi-Fi. Alexa alarm clock.
Beach amenities include snorkel gear, beach towels, small coolers, beach bags, beach chairs, and full face mask snorkel equipment.

Sapphire Village features 2 pools, lounge chairs, tiki-style umbrellas, an on-site restaurant, laundry service, and free parking for guests.

The property was exactly as described, and the view was just as beautiful in person. We loved having Sudi’s and the pool so close by—it made everything feel easy and relaxing. The beach was also just a short walk away, which was a huge plus.We really appreciated Deanna’s thoughtful tips in the welcome booklet—definitely take a few minutes to review it when you arrive, as it was very helpful.One thing to note is that power outages do occur and seem to be fairly common, though they were brief during our stay. If you rely on a medical device that requires electricity, it would be wise to have a backup plan.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!

This condo is located in the perfect spot. Step outside on the balcony and you are looking at all the beautiful boats in the marina and listening to the wind making the amazing sounds. Short walking distance to Sapphire Beach. A small Pier on the other side of the marina with a great view where we took a walk ever evening.Sudis is a little bar & grill right across the parking lot.. good food and a fun place to eat.5 min drive to Red Hook. We took this drive every day to either shop or eat. Such great people in that area as well.We did not see probably 75% of what the area has in the views of the ocean and places to go so we will be coming back next year. 100% Staying at the same place. Deanna was amazing kept in touch with me to make sure we made it. When we left we noticed there were gas grills on each corner of the property so we will definitely be taking advantage of that when we come back. Thank you for a great "First timer" guest on the islands

We were very happy Deanna’s place was available. The place was clean and exactly like the pictures. The location was excellent and a short walk to Sapphire Beach. Would stay here again!A note about St. Thomas, when we were there they were doing rolling power outages across the whole island and the condo does not (yet) have backup generation but sounds like they will soon! Deanna was helpful in communicating with us.

Excellent spot - security 24/7 gated and safe. It’s right in front of Sudi’s, which is an excellent carribean bar and grill. Right by sapphire beach and near red hook where all the nice restaurants are. Condo is nice and clean and provided beach chairs for use. Would come back here again

We stayed at the Renovated Oceanfront Condo with AMAZING views in St. Thomas, VI, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The view was breathtaking, and the condo itself was beautiful—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.On our last day, we visited three stunning beaches, but by the end of it, all my wife and I wanted to do was return to the condo and unwind in peace. It felt like a true home away from home.Our hostess, Deanna, was wonderful always easy to reach and incredibly accommodating. The other guests on the property were friendly, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in St. Thomas.

Picture perfect stay at Sapphire. Unit was perfect- everything you could need. Bed was comfortable which is a big thing for me. Slept great. Nicely furnished. Lots of extra linens and towels. Excellent sunrise view over the marina and only a few steps from Sudi’s restaurant. Will look for this place again when I come back. Deanna was also a very kind & helpful host! My weekend getaway at this pretty little condo was everything as advertised, extremely clean and well managed. There was no delay in response from the host and the place was exactly what it was listed as with no deviation from the description and photos provided with only one exception……The marina and bay view from the balcony was better than advertised as pictures don’t do it justice. An easy must stay in the area that was simple to get to and from as well as having all the property amenities Wishing eace of use and reach. Everything that could be needed was inside the condo for use and the bed was comfortable.

A Piece of Heaven

Our stay was perfect! The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We enjoyed the view from the deck, walking to Sapphire beach, swimming in the pool, eating everyday at Suni's Bar and Grille, and taking a sunset cruise right from the marina on property. We were there for 4 days and only left the property for an hour to go to Moe's for some groceries. Host was easy to contact. We would definitely return to this property again.
