Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. Beyond that listing inconsistency, the room was overall fine, with the exception of an obviously poorly-done and dated bathroom. The shower floor tile was laid unevenly so water pooled on the far end and had to be swept to the drain during and after being used. The floor tile through the bathroom so badly needed a deep clean as the white grout was stained black in more places than not. The wall tile grout was cracking and crumbling. In the bedroom, there were moisture stains on the wall dripping beneath the mirror. It felt like the unit had been renovated and only ever surface cleaned, but like it hadn’t been deep cleaned ever, which is probably due to lazy housekeeping. Besides these issues, Billy was great and the location was excellent.
