*** Sargassum grass is unpredictable! If it is going to make an appearance it is most likely during the summer time/hurricane season. This and the clean up process is out of our control & just because it is on the beach today does not mean it will be on the beach the next day. The island works hard at getting it cleared as quickly as possible. Rates are lower during this time and therefore there are no refunds given for sargassum grass.

Sapphire Beach

We have stayed at Sapphire Beach several times and came with two friends this time. We had a wonderful trip!This unit is done the correct way in my opinion, knocking out a wall between two units gives you 2 full bedrooms and plenty of space and privacy, even while staying with others. The hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed upon check in and were quick to address a small issue we had (remote was broken) and gave us some great tips on where to visit and eat. I would recommend this unit and host to anyone and will be looking to book with them on my next island trip!

Great family beach vacation

We had a great time in St Thomas and this condo had everything we needed. It was clean, had a great screened in balcony, ocean views, lots of room, steps to the beach and had restaurants on property. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware. I loved having chairs available for us to use on the beach. The beach is well maintained. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to come back.

Lovely Week

Almost everything about the condo and our stay there was wonderful. The only reason I gave four stars is that the king size bed was so hard my legs would fall asleep when I was on my side and the pillows were awful. You may as well not have a pillow at all. The two queens were very comfortable.

No complaints in paradise!

Our family of 5 came to stay for 1 week and we have absolutely NO complaints. The location was absolutely amazing. Our teen boys have never seen clear blue water and they woke up happy every morning to be so close to just be able to run right out and jump right in. The property was so clean with high end appliances and finishes, such a luxury! Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows, Water pressure and temps were great the whole stay. No issues with the wifi unless the electricity went out (not the property's fault, the whole island struggles with this issue). We loved the property manager who went above and beyond with answering our questions and helping us out throughout our whole stay. The pictures don't do this property justice, you will be pleasantly surprised at how great it is. Would totally come stay again if head back to STVI.

Wonderful property and location!

This property was perfect for our family! The location right on the water was beautiful. Dining, a bar, and a breakfast/ coffee shop just steps down the beach. The condo was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and lots of thoughtful touches. Thanks for a great stay and lots of good tips about the area!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This beautiful condo had everything we needed. The location at Sapphire Beach was amazing. This was our 3rd time to visit St. Thomas at this location. We are always so amazed by the beautiful beach just steps away from the condo which was great since we had a 2 yr. old in our group. We would absolutely book this place for our next time! Loved it ALL! Thank you!

Great location

Other than a few very minor things, this place was absolutely perfect and very spacious. The listing was very accurate. The first time to arrive is a little tricky with all the different codes for gates-having to drive on the left side of the road didn’t help 😵‍💫. The manager was very attentive and even offered us some great recommendations for activities. The beach area and close by restaurant and bar was fantastic. The pizzeria even had GF crust. ⭐️ The location near Red Hook and the ferry to St.John was amazing - 4 minute drive. Thanks for a great stay - we’ll be back.

Exceptional Location

I searched several locations to celebrate my birthday and I am so happy that we booked this place. When they said beachfront they meant it, the beach was a short stroll from your doorstep and we truly love this location. Jenny was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. As an island girl I felt welcome which means a lot. This was my first trip to St. Thomas but not my last, I would undoubtedly book this location again. Thanks again Desiree R.

Fabulous Property

This unit was immaculate and newly updated. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals, plenty of spices and pantry staples, with ample seating. 3 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms was great; little waiting for showers at the end of the beach day. The owners have thought of all the things you would need, with nice beach towels, noodles and snorkel masks. Lovely screened porch to sit and have breakfast or read. The location is A+; a 1 minute walk down the steps to gorgeous Sapphire Beach! Snorkeling in the coral right from your own beach with beautiful fish and sea turtles. Also, we could come & go throughout the day without feeling like we had to tote everything in & out. The marina for boat tours is a 5 minute walk away. Really I couldn't say anything to improve on this gem!!

This is the place to stay!!!

What an incredible stay with my family and friends! This property is so up to date with all its appliances and cookware which made it a wonderful stay for us because we love to cook! Everything is available upon the stay from cookware, spices, cutting boards, knives, aluminum foil, tupper ware, etc. I loved that the moment we walked out of the condo, the beach was right there in front of us :) nothing like waking up and walking directly out to the beach with a cup of coffee! What was also great about this condo was that they provide so many beach accessories for us. They provided snorkeling gear for all of us, an assortment of beach balls, beach floats, noodles, plenty of beach towels and sunscreen, and even a cooler! Beach chairs are included down on the beach as well! I also loved this location because a short walk down the beach there are two bars (both with amazing food), a beautiful upscale restaurant, and also a little cafe for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and ice cream! So, if you are with a group of friends, everyone can pick and choose what they want to do as there are so many options! Back to the condo: the beds were like sleeping on clouds, everything was so clean and comfortable I felt right at home! Also, this condo had 3 bathrooms!!!! That’s hard to find !!!! There were six of us total so each couple had their own bathroom, it was wonderful. Overall, this was an incredible stay and we all already agreed that we’re coming back next year!!!

Amazing weekend getaway!
