Wonderful stay!
Our family of five had an absolutely wonderful time at See Ya Round. The location was absolutely perfect, and we were able to enjoy all sorts of activities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. We explored diffeent beaches each day and had a blast exploring the area and taking in all the sights and sounds. The accommodations were top-notch as well, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation spot!

Spectacular views that are hard to replicate
Our stay was very relaxing. Scott and Shawn were extremely accommodating and very responsive. There's no way you can beat the views that the place provides especially in the mornings. The proximity to all of the key points of interest is perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed for our full family.

50th Anniversary Vacation
Fantastic trip Accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Mornings with coffee watching the sunrise rivaled the sunsets with drinks watching cruise ships coming in. Scott & Shawn answered all our questions before we arrived and during our stay. We cooked breakfast several mornings and had everything we needed for a relaxing start each day. Great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They even provided sand chairs , towels, noodles to use at the gorgeous beaches . The pool was clean and well lit at night for great view of the coastline and harbor . Definitely rent a Jeep. The roads are very challenging and road signage dismal. Drive slower and enjoy the countryside.See Ya Around Villa is a perfect place to relax and unwind. We felt right at home and leaving was hard . They made us feel like family and shared their beautiful home

Sweet Little Getaway
Hosts were extremely kind-very nice family. Beds very comfy as they are both kings. Property is located away from beaches up on a hill with beautiful views. Property is very close to beach but a car is necessary which it is in St Thomas anyway unless you just want to stay in a hotel or take very expensive taxis. Property has a nice kitchen filled with everything you need to prepare meals, etc. Bathrooms are spacious but dont expect high water pressure, etc--you're on an island and things are different. There is a huge wrap around porch which is way cool to just hang out on and have coffee or watch the sunset. Nice big TV if you're into that. Games galore and beach chairs to borrow which is very nice. All in all a comfy place to stay with helpful hosts. Thank you Scott, Sean, Kim and Zander.

Wonderful view, shared facility
My wife and I stayed here this past week with friends (another couple) and had a wonderful time. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures allow for and Scott was on-site to help us with additional needs like suggestions for places to visit, extra towels, paper goods, etc. The place was great. Bathrooms were clean and in good working order (even with island-limited water), the AC worked great in all areas, the great room was comfy and spacious and the view I already mentioned is astounding. The deck chairs were also very comfortable to sit in and we didn't feel we were lacking for anything we couldn't grab at a local market. We went to the beach daily and used the beach chairs that were all in good working order (4 total). We also used the beach towels which were in good condition. We did lots of cooking and lounging at the property as we enjoy both of those things! Note: The grill is one level down (2nd floor) from the living quarters (3rd floor) so prepare for lots of stairs if you plan to grill. Importantly, there also is a tenant on the 1st floor who also had guests in town which made for a somewhat tenuous/tense pool situation (1st floor). I am taking a star away because it's NOT a private pool and private cooking area but the listing seems to invite that. We also saw the note that there was "coin laundry" but there's nothing on-site or anywhere close by. Even with a full house there was always parking and it was always quiet. Would recommend!

Views for days!!!!
This property has beautiful mountain top views and looks out to the water in over 180 degrees. The property was clean Steven and Scott were great and responsive when we needed them. There are tons of food recommendations. There is a regular coffee machine - we only so kuerig on the listing ( I was worried I’m a big coffee drinker!) Everything you need to take a beach trip or just a dip in the pool is there! We hope to be back soon!

Birthday Weekend Twenty-ATE
Very roomy open floor house perched on the top of the mountain. Super awesome view and Scott the property manager lives on the 2nd floor and was a great person to have around when you had questions or inquiries. You get the entire 3rd floor and it was one of the better bnbs ive ever stayed in.

The perfect home base in USVI
We are so happy that we chose to stay at Sea Ya Round Villa during our week in the Virgin Islands. We wanted a place with a kitchen and plenty of room for our family of four to be comfortable -- a home away from home, if you will. And that's exactly what we found at Sea Ya Round. The views are magnificent, the accommodations are clean and spacious, and even when you're inside it feels like you are connected to the natural surroundings with the sea breeze that flows throughout the space. We found it easy to work when we needed to (the WiFi connection was excellent), and the kids really enjoyed the cats and other animals they encountered around the property. Scott was a great host, making us all feel very welcome. If we're ever back in the USVI, we'd stay here again!

Great Vacation at Sea Ya Round Villa
We had a great stay at Sea Ya Round Villa in mid March. It was a very clean, open and well equipped Villa with comfortable beds, a great kitchenette, living/dining area and a spectacular view. Scott and Shawn were terrific hosts, very communicative and responsive. They were generous with their local recommendations, solicited feedback on how to make it the best visit possible and were also very respectful of our privacy as well. It was a great location (near Bolongo Bay) for us during our stay on the island and we could easily travel by car to and from all the sites on the island. We would definitely recommend Sea Ya Round and look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks guys for a great stay!

Best views at Bolongo Bay
Great stay at Sea Ya Round! The rental is just a short drive to anywhere on the island, nestled in a neighborhood above the hustle and bustle in the chill area of Bolongo Bay. Scott, Shawn, and Kim made sure we had everything we needed and shared a plethora of reccos that kept us busy during our stay... All and all a great trip!

The Perfect Cottage
This cottage was the perfect place for us to stay in St. Thomas. The view as absolutely incredible and the cottage provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Shawn and Kim were kind and helpful. Their restaurant suggestions were the best! We all fell in love with Dublin the dog and were so sad to leave. I definitely suggest planning to arrive the first day before the sun sets. The drive up on the twisty roads would be very difficult for the first time in the dark. We definitely plan to come back!

The Breeze Vs The View
What an Amazing Gem this place is !!! The view is breathtaking of course it’s the very First thing you notice .. but the Breeze was magical .. each room has A/C which we utilized at night but the breeze kindly whistled me to sleep twice while “watching “ a Movie lol … Shawn and Scott are Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about any and everything you may need ! Dropping off my youngest daughter to school took a toll on me emotionally but this villa really gave me the space to find my peace in it . The pool is clean and Inviting the colorful lights make night swimming a Must ! All I can say is every detail was perfect .. the pillows were sent from Heaven .💤💤 the Bedding along with the Comfort of the Bed ( what thread count were those sheets bcs OMG) .. we are already prepared to rebook at the top of the year . Note * the Ride up the hill can be scary if you come at night your first time .. before dark arrival the first day is a suggestion .. by their suggestion we rented a car 🙌🏽..it made all the difference.. that’s why before you plan anything asks them they have a wealth of information and connections that seriously made a difference on the island . Dublin is a Bonus he is calm , smart , non intrusive he made us feel safe the entire week . Thank you so much Scott ,Shawn and Family for your warm welcome . Until we meet again .

Perfect location! Great vacation spot
My family and I had never visited St Thomas before, but we were incredibly lucky to have found this vacation home! St Thomas is a fairly small island but the roads are a bit terrifying. Staying near Bolongo Bay kept us relatively close to all places we might want to go. First off, the top floor of the house, where you stay, has an amazing view. It’s 180 degrees of ocean and islands. It’s quiet, too, not a wild party neighborhood like Red Hook or Charlotte Amalie might be. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the view and the occasional tortoise or lovebird, or open the windows and enjoy the breeze. The decor is island perfect and the house, beds, and living spaces are very comfy. I really appreciated the owners eco conscious view on life in St Thomas as well. When you DO want to leave, you can get great food at Bolongo Bay resort or one bay over, at Limetree resort. If you want more options, you can scoot over to Red Hook in 15 minutes. The best beaches on the island are 15-20 minutes in every direction- past Red Hook, north across the island at Magen’s Bay, or just past the airport at Brewers Bay. Closer by, you can go with VI Ecotours and kayak around the mangrove lagoon. Returning back to the house, the owners are amazing and very accessible. They gave us lots of fun ideas and were incredibly helpful. You could tell that they love the island and want others to enjoy their stay. Overall it was a great vacation and we would absolutely stay at See Ya Round over and over again!

Amazing Views!
The See Ya Round Villa is in an excellent location. We were very happy with the check in process. The villa was perfect for the four of us with two king beds. We would sit outside just about every morning and evening. The house was clean and very open. Scott and Shawn were very helpful with dining recommendations. Dublin was a very well behaved dog! Amazing Place for our Holiday vacation.
Sea Ya Round villa is even better in person. Views from every window. A lovely breeze, and we never turned on the air in the main living area. We spent Christmas and New Years with our 2 and 4 year old kids and my sister and BIL. My son woke up every morning and helped Scott feed the turtles and take a swim in the pool before we went to the beaches. Location is ideal! Close to everything we wanted. Hosts were absolutely amazing! They were there for every need. Thank you guys again!!! We are definitely going to stay again! Sea ya Round!

The View
My family had a great week visiting the island. The location was great, with spectacular views. Great Stay
We stayed at the See Ya Round for a week and enjoyed every minute. The villa is clean, well-furnished, and the location worked great for us. Shawn, who lives on the second floor, is incredibly helpful and hospitable. Despite the beautiful beaches throughout the VI, our kids loved coming back to the villa to jump in the pool - it's a great value-add to the villa.

The getaway we needed
Sea breezes, gorgeous views, quiet natural sounds, close to everything while far enough away to relax and unwind. Scott and Sean are excellent hosts. They had great suggestions on restaurants, sites, and activities to take part in. Unobtrusive and welcoming. We shared a few evenings on the deck just chatting and watching stars. Dublin lives onsite and is a great ambassador. He’s happy to provide a little bonus pet therapy. Having dogs of our own at home, it was very nice to be able to enjoy this well behaved gentleman. He was happy to just chill on the deck, perform his tricks, or run off and play. If dogs aren’t your thing, Scott and Sean are happy to ensure Dublin stays on his level or inside. The villa space is open, uncluttered, and well stocked with amenities. Having the ability to shop local, cook, and entertain ourselves was relaxing in its own way. Wishing Scott and Sean the best of luck with the bee hive, the windmill, and the solar projects. Great place, great hosts.

Wonderful House and Great Stay!
Scott and Shawn were the utmost hosts and their personal care and touch to the house and to our needs were just great. Location is super - just about halfway between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook making it easy to get around to all the sights in STT. Our 2 teenage girls loved the pool and the house dog Dublin equally! Highly recommend you book here for your next stay!

The Best Hosts Ever!!!
We loved our time at Sea Ya Round! Shawn and Kim and Dublin are the best hosts ever. Our first day we missed our opportunity to get a rental car so when our cab brought us to the property, Shawn went out and picked up pizza and a few groceries for us. That was an amazing thing for anyone to do for weary travelers. The next day Shawn took us to the rental car facility the next day and then showed us around the town. The villa is spacious and comfortable with great views. Definitely stay here if you are planning a trip to St. Thomas

Absolute Paradise!
We stayed at Sea Ya Round Villa for birthday, anniversary and mini-babymoon with my parents and husband. It was home away from home! We loved everything about the villa- the pool, Dublin , cats Whiskey and Tequila. The villa had breathtaking views and the most wonderful decor (not to mention comfortable beds!). Shawn was beyond helpful in giving us recommendations on where to go, eat and see., The location was perfect giving us freedom to go anywhere on the island. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate so many occasions and can't wait to visit again!

Beauty at its finest
The house was beautiful . The view was jaw dropping . However the owners dog was a tad annoying following us around and pushed my spouse into the pool. Villa would be much better if it had tv’s in the bedroom . Owner lives on 2nd floor and he’s pleasant and accommodating . I recommend this villa for anyone traveling to St Thomas .

Spectacular place, great hosts, beautiful island
Shawn, Kim, and their dog Dublin met us at the property with a smile a s helped us get our things set. They all couldn’t have been any nicer. The property itself is near the top of a mountain with spectacular views from St. John to Puerto Rico. Everything was clean, fresh and ready for us. It’s location about halfway between red hook and port Charlotte meant it was a quick ride anywhere. I’d recommend having a rental car. Shawn was great with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and jewelers. Top notch all around!

My friends and I stayed 6 days in the Sea Ya Round Villa during our vacation to St. Thomas. The views from the third floor are spectacular. The Villa was clean, large and had many amenities- toaster over, blender etc. Shawn was great and provided us with a cooler and beach chairs when we needed them. He also gave us many lovely dinner and activity recommendations which made our trip even better. His dog Dublin was also around which was an added bonus as Dublin is verrrryyy cute, well behaved and friendly. I highly recommend that you stay here!

See Ya Round Villa is gorgeous with gorgeous views! The property was exceptionally clean. Scott and Shawn were extremely hospitable, responsive, and knowledgeable! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent Stay at Sea Ya Round Villa!
Our vacation plans changed at the last minute and thankfully the Sea Ya Round had availability that fit our needs. Scott was immediately responsive to our inquiry and remained in consistent and helpful communication throughout the lead up and during our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and well maintained. And the views are truly amazing! The villa is in a good location for people who want to do their own exploring of St. Thomas, but be a little bit away from the action itself. All the major beaches, towns, shops, and restaurants are just 10 to 20 minutes drive away, including the ferry to St. John. We’d definitely stay at the Sea Ya Round next time we visit!

What a great place to stay and that view...WOW!
From the beginning, there was constant communication which was extremely helpful since we had never been to St. Thomas. Both Scott and Shawn were awesome. We highly recommend this awesome rental. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Sitting out on the partial wrap around with the breeze cannot be matched! Thanks for a great place. We hope to visit again and soon!

Just the Cherry on Top
. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had staying on an island. The house was spacious and the views were amazing. Sean and Scott’s hospitality made the experience even more better. Their lovely restaurant and leisure recommendations were one thing but to actually see them frequent those places themselves increased my confidence and trust that this trip would be one that my girls and I would treasure. We cannot wait until we return

Amazing Views!!
We have stayed on St Thomas many times and really appreciated the amazing views, central location and fantastic beds! Owners are on property and from booking to sadly having to say good bye at the end of our stay, they were prompt, personable, helpful and just all around good people. Would definitely recommend and will personally look to stay again :0).
