We've stayed in our share of VRBOs and the hospitality in this one was outstanding. First and foremost, the house manager's communication was fantastic, quick to respond, and filled with consideration and kindness. I can't thank Divine enough. The added features of a very well-equipped kitchen including spices, coffee and filters, numerous things in the pantry—even rum (and the blender was top notch!) are features rarely part of a house rental. My thanks to you for creating such a generous kitchen.The house itself housed our family of 8 fantastically with SO much unique space for various activities. (Like a great area for kids to eat and watch TV), a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge and seating, FANTASTIC deck with views of BVI and St. John plus unpopulated cays. We were so pleased to be able to be part of it for the week.Everything is on one level except a 5th BR (Bathroom en suite) below the house that is very comfy but with natural (and well lit) rock stairs requiring sure footing.Beach chairs, beach/pool towels, nice sheets (our bed was a bit harder than I prefer but you can't have it all!), toilet paper, AC in every BR. Like most driveways in St. T, it was steep and required some getting used to, but by day two we had it down and easily parked two cars (one compact one large SUV), plus space for visitors (we have family who live on the island). Every family member felt so happy and satisfied. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with us!

This is an AMAZING place, not only the house, but the island, the culture, the people and of course the view! Divine is also SPECTACULAR, we had a few bumps and she was right there taking care of everything we needed immediately. She was attentive, kind, gracious and an exceptional resource for anything. Great location

We loved the location of the house bonus it was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and large and gave us plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with plenty of small appliances to make cooking a breeze. The icing on the cake was the pooland patio area and the view was fantasticI would defiantly stay here again

Overall a great time

Amazing views, pool was great and overall layout of house was excellent. The only reason it was not a 5 out 5 for us was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Emphasis on amaxing views. Simply stunning. The pictures of it on VRBO although beautiful do not do it justice.

Great Location, Great Villa & Great Customer Service

I was totally pleased with Paradise in Harmony! The rooms were nice, the living & dining rooms were more than adequate. The kitchen was a little small, but I was able to fix meals for 7 people. The refrigerator was big and the kitchen accessories were more than enough.The villa was super private - not over-looked at all, which added another dimension of comfort. My friends are very busy people and they were able to relax and enjoy each other. We did a Safari professional tour and when we arrived at a beautiful beach, they all decided that they wanted to go home and enjoy the privacy of the pool.I could go on and on, but I will end with saying that the owner, Colleen is super informational about what to expect and is extremely helpful like her property manager, Divine. I have been to 78 Countries and I mostly stay in Villas because of the privacy - Well, this place offers privacy in bucket loads!!!

Had a great family trip (10 adults) at this property. The home is as described, we loved the large amount of space and great outdoor living space (lots of time in the pool!). The house does need some updating, windows, sliders poorly functioning, bathrooms are showing their age. No show stoppers,and we had a fabulous time! Divine (property manager) and Colleen (owner) were responsive and easy to work with.

This view is stunning!

We had a great time at this house! The owner, Colleen, was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. One person in our party was celebrating her 60th birthday and we were throwing a small surprise party at the house for her. Colleen was great with giving me recommendations for catering, etc. Then I met Divine, the property manager, and she was just as fantastic! We had plenty of space for our party of 12 adults, enjoyed the pool, the bluetooth speaker system and the AMAZING view! It was easy to get to Red Hook from the house too. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking and entertaining, and the bar area worked out perfectly. Two people could be in the kitchen getting apps and snacks ready while another would be in the bar getting everybody cocktails. It was a perfect set up for us. It’s a great place for the cost, location, roominess and the VIEWS! I’d recommend this home to anyone.

Wedding Getaway

There was a group of 10 that stayed in this space for a friends wedding. We loved being able to wake up, sit on the deck and enjoy the incredible views. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and we all enjoyed having our own bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need to prepare meals. The bbq grill was the only thing we struggled with. It needs to be cleaned completely in order to have the flames properly lit. Other than that we loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone coming to the island.

Wonderful escape

Our positive experience began with the prompt and thorough communication with the owner Colleen. She answered all of my many questions and provided great advice and information. Then when we met Divine, it confirmed our great choice to stay there! She was so much fun and also helpful. The view was breathtaking and we took advantage of the beautiful pool as well. We were very comfortable at all times and would recommend this home to anyone.

Thanksgiving trip

Stayed at Paradise in Harmony for Thanksgiving week. Loved the location and layout of the house. Gorgeous views, easy to get to Red Hook and easy to get to town. Beds were comfortable and a/c in bedrooms worked well. There is no a/c in the main living area and the first few days we had nice breezes but when there is no breeze it was a bit warm in the evening to sit inside. The house could use a little bit of updating but nothing that really bothered our group. We are pretty laid back and have been to St Thomas before so knew what to expect. Check in and out was easy and communication was great. We had to change our arrival and departure days and had no issues at all. We had quite a lovely vacation. Loved spending time in the pool with that amazing view.

A Fun Family Vacation

We had a great time on the island celebrating with our family. The location and views are great. You need a car and be comfortable driving on the island, but the house is centrally located and the views are spectacular. There is no operating security gate and doors / windows don't operate open, close and/or lock properly in certain instances, but the neighborhood is generally very safe. The house has air-conditioning in each bedroom which is key. The main parts of the house do not so if there's not a breeze, it can get very warm. This is probably not a problem most times of the year and on those hot nights, there's tons of great space to socialize outside assuming no rain. Check-in was simple and property description is generally accurate. We had a problem with an air-conditioning unit and house cleaning/sanitary supplies were limited, but that was fixed the next day. And key to have a great generator at the property which can run the appliances at the house without issues when WAPA goes down . . . which on that island is just about everyday. Overall, we had a terrific stay - it's not the lap of luxury, but certainly is a great place for the cost, location, size and views.

Loved the pool and great house for families

Divine, the property manager made our stay so special. She was amazing! She helped us with all of our needs and requests. Loved the pool and views of the ocean. Would have only been better if there was air conditioning or more windows that could open for air flow in the main living areas. Had plenty of towels for our large group and coolers and pool/beach items.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay. Colleen was super responsive as was Divine, the property manager. She even checked on us to make sure all was well a day in. Property just as described, we had 12 people ages 15+. Comfortable stay if you are okay sleeping 3 in the king sized beds. The room downstairs was great for our older teens who wanted to stay up late, could see how it would be difficult for someone older to get up and down the stairs to that room. GPS was usually off and once you turn on to Harmony it always told us to turn right up a steep drive even though the property was down a hill, on the left sharp turn into the drive way but clearly marked with “Paradise in Harmony sign” Heads up the property recommends Adventure Awaits charter tours and they are closed down but still have an active website. Overall we loved it and would stay again and again. Beat first trip to this island.

Amazing View!!!

The property description is spot on! The view is amazing! Pool was a great way to end the day. We had 10 adults and felt there was plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed the deck along with the ability to grill out. Location was great as it was a short drive to Red Hook to catch a ferry to St. John. If there was one issue it was the AC unit in one bedroom was not cooling so fans were necessary.
