«The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness." You could feel the bed springs after 30 minutes. Totally disappointed since we were there to close a real estate transaction.»

«The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!»

«We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. «Property was as pictured. Great views. Washing machine not working was a pain but appreciated having it replaced the next day. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. «Really enjoyed this stay. Ive never been up that high in the mountains so we all loved the drive. On the to house, overall it was clean but I wish they added more things such as complimentary coffee, more towels, we needed a dish sponge to wash dishes and more linen. The sofa bed in the living room was very dirty so we covered it with linen they had in one of the drawers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.»
