The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.
With three balconies Rebecca Cottage will be sure to provide all the ocean breeze and spectacular views you could dream of! This charming Coast Cottage is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and pristine beaches of St. Simons Island. With hard wood floors, beautiful plantation shutters, recently renovated kitchen and not one but two fireplaces this home is sure to please the most discerning vacationer.
Located on the first floor Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with private access to the front porch, and hallway access to a full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with double over double bunk bed set, all with en suite bath. Washer dryer is also on this floor.
The second floor offers a living area with gas fireplace which also opens up to the dining area and kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a Kuerig and a drip coffee maker. There is a half bath for convenience located in the common area of this floor as well as access to one of three balconies. This floor also has a small bonus room with a game table and a shelf full of puzzles and games.
The master suite is located privately on the third floor. Enjoy a king bed, large sitting area, gas fireplace, double vanity en suite bath, and a balcony with partial ocean view. There is a small bunk bed room located on the 3rd floor right next to the master. Each full bathroom comes with a hair dryer to use during your stay.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.

Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.

The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Queens, Bunks with double beds, Bunk with twin beds.
Other things to note:
- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-This is not a pet friendly home.
-A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking.
- No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 30 + to book.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

If you are looking for relaxation, beach, pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in this home. A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. If you are interested in renting bikes or a golf cart please reach out - we are happy to help you coordinate with one of our local preferred vendors! This neighborhood is also great for walking!
