Summer special - Townhome w golf cart and Bikes!

Delightful light and airy townhouse only 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from the village. This beautifully updated 2 King bedroom + 1.5 bath home is full of comfort with a private fenced back patio and swimming pool just steps away. This home is family friendly. Simplicity at the beach. In the kitchen you will find a Kuerig and drip coffee maker. Complimentary coffee will be waiting upon arrival. We can’t wait to host you! **The twin bedroom has been upgraded to a king bedroom. We are awaiting pictures and will upload as soon as we have them!**

Our home is updated and ready to accommodate your family. Enjoy grilling and relaxing on the beautiful outdoor patio. The pool is just a stones throw away for a swim. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. You'll have less to pack with pool towels to use during your stay. You will find a hairdryer in the upstairs bathroom.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse as well as our community pool.

A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons Island. If you are looking for relaxation, beach, pool, tidal pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in our townhouse.

You can quickly bike, walk, or drive anywhere on the island from this location. Our home is 1 mile from the beach, village, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Additional bikes and golf carts can be rented on the island for a nominal fee.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Perfect location

Perfect place for my husband, daughter, and I to stay. We had an awesome time on the golf cart and bicycles. It was a great location with many restaurants and shops right down the street. We went to east beach, the lighthouse, and ate at several restaurants. We had an awesome time and hope to visit again soon.

Clean, comfortable unit

Enjoyed the stay, no issues at all with the condo and its amenities. Beds were very comfortable and the golf cart added a nice touch. The only issue I’d call out is that it doesn’t clearly state on the listing that the pool is closed until May 1st and only open through Labor Day. I saw reviews of people using it in December so wouldn’t have considered that and it was one of the reasons I booked this unit. We checked out 1 day before it opened.

Perfect Family Get Away

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family four. Our tween and teen children were thrilled to have access to the bikes and the golf cart made getting around the island so much easier (and fun!) for our family! This is an adorable, well-kept condo. Close enough to get to see everything, but far enough away to be out of the mainstream busyness..

St. Simons villa

We had a great time. This is a great central location between pier village and east beach etc. Having the golf cart and bikes was a huge perk for me and my family. The complex is nice and quite with some other renters and some people that live there. So got great advise from locals as well as other travelers as neighbors to hang with. The property is accurately discribed and we will rent this unit again when we go back.

Girls weekend

Ashley and team were helpful and responsive with a couple of issues we ran into (minor). Golf cart was nice ammenity. Convenient to get to local beaches and restaurants. Nice to have chairs for beach..and the beach towels were quality. Property is aging, wear and tear, but was fine for a 3 night getaway with friends.. that said, would recommend adding mirrors in the bedrooms, with only one bath upstairs, trying to get ready was hard when we all needed to use the mirror...

Perfect location, comfortable and relaxing stay!

This location was excellent and the townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. There was something for everyone, my children loved the pool, my husband loved the golf cart and I loved the quick beach access and delicious restaurants nearby. We grilled at the house one night, but there were so many restaurants we wanted to try that we went out a lot! Our favorite restaurant we tried was Porch, delicious shrimp, chicken,grits and greens. Fiddler's was pretty good too and had nice ambiance. Sweet Mama's had an excellent cheese Danish and blueberry turnover. Ashley answered my (many) questions very quickly and gave great suggestions anytime I asked. Another perk was the comfortable king bed. I had read in the reviews that it was comfortable, but my goodness, it truly was luxurious! I only have good things to say, I hope to come back soon to Ashley's place, it is a GEM.

Fun Stay!

This is the second year that we have stayed here. Everything is perfect, clean, and the communication with the management company was instantaneous. The bikes and golf cart make this such a fun place to stay. Good restaurants nearby and never have to get in your car!

Amazing!

The condo was perfect and centrally located. We got into severe weather alerts coming into St. Simon’s and the host let us check in early which was very much appreciated. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely Townhouse

We so enjoyed our brief stay at this lovely townhouse! It was thoughtfully decorated and most clean and had everything needed! The back patio was cozy and so nice and the access to a golf cart was an extra bonus! It made for an easy and quick, fun ride to the village.

Very comfortable,condo! The golf cart was great! Good location, about a mile to town! Could use Allen wrenches to adjust bike seat. Need to update worn rugs in kitchen and entry. Could use instructions for golf cart use, we had to ask neighbors for help.
