Welcome to Southern Charm!
Great location for an easy stroll to the village and access to St. Simons' tidal beaches, including the Wyley Street Public Entrance. At low tide there is a vast beach with amazing south westerly views of the sunset over the Sidney Lanier Bridge. This property is a multi-level home with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation on SSI!

Bedroom Layout:

Bottom Level (Both have private ground level entrances)
- King mother in law suite with ensuite bathroom
- King guest room with ensuite bathroom. Both have private entrances from ground level.

Upper level
-Full bedroom with ensuite bathroom
-Full bedroom (with shared hall bathroom access)
-Full bedroom (with shared hall bathroom access)
-King bedroom master suite with ensuite bathroom

Kitchen is equipped with double ovens, a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig.

Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers.

Note: We are located just a few steps away from ocean front access, but please note that beach access is tide contingent. High tide occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year, making the beach inaccessible.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.
Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surchages attached to your reservation.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-This is not a pet friendly home.
- No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general
- No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

St. Simons Island is a beautiful barrier island off the coast of Georgia an hour between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL. A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons . If you are looking for relaxation, beach, pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in this home. A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. If you are interested in renting bikes or a golf cart please reach out - we are happy to help you coordinate with one of our local preferred vendors! This neighborhood is also great for walking!

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
