SEAesta Beach House

  • Location and Luxury characterize this newly remodeled, beautifully furnished beach sanctuary, nestled in the heart of the popular beach community of East Beach. With its five bedrooms and over 5000 square feet of living space, SEAesta Beach House can accommodate up to 14 people; and, with five and a half baths, there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the day or an evening out on the town.
    If dining at home is your preference, the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, with high end stainless appliances, provides everything you need to cook like a chef and dine in.

    The main level has a large open living and dining room, kitchen & eating area along with a queen bedroom ensuite with shower. Three king bedrooms comprise floors two and three, as well as a bunk room with two double and four twin beds. Amenities abound in this palatial oasis by the sea, which includes many high definition TVs, high-speed internet, a game/media room on the second floor, and a fitness room off of the third-floor master bedroom. When you're not taking in magnificent sights on East Beach - a mere 450 yards away -you can relax on the patio or immerse yourself in the waters of the large, private in-ground salt water swimming pool. At SEAesta Beach House, "Mi casa es su casa", and we would love to make it your home away from home.

Lived up to all my expectations

This rental was excellent!. We were 8 adults and 3 children. The bedrooms was spacious and the beds were excellent, It was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchen was well stocked! St. Simons Island is delightful. Everyone loved the July 4th celebration on the beach. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank You

Great Property

We had seven adults and six kiddos. The house had enough room for all of us that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. This is the first home that we have stayed at that had a kitchen with supplies and enough pots and pans for our size of family, the property manager was available when we had questions and supplied a notebook that covered everything.

Our family has stayed in a wide variety of summer beach properties in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina to name a few. SEAesta, Signature Properties, and their agent Shannon are now on the top of our trip getaways. The house was a home- unlike any rentals we have stayed in previously. Signature’s cleaning team was superior. The home was fabulously equipped and the landscaping excellent! I could ramble on but suffice to say we were treated as welcomed guests not beach renters. Kudos to all!!!

Sensational SEAesta

What a special property! SEAesta was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with everything in the kitchen. We enjoyed the bikes and especially the golf cart . . . So handy to drive to the Coast Guard parking lot to access the beach . . . And to drive to dinner. Pool area is beautiful . . . Spent lots of time there! The house has such an open feel but at the same time very welcoming! Shannon was prompt with responses before our stay . . . No need to contact her during our time at SSI. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Poor Property Manager

When we arrived on Sat. the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Of course appliances break but this was not working properly when we arrived. Prop Mgr promptly requested a service call for Monday. An adult stayed at the house all day awaiting the repairman. Repair company started to come late Monday afternoon but had been instructed to text Prop Mgr before coming. They got no response and went to another job. It was Tues midmorning before repairman arrived. He immediately requested a loaner refrig which was set up Tues afternoon and cool enough to use late Tues evening. I later learned that if the Prop Mgr had requested a Sunday repair call, we could have had a loaner by Monday morning. Prop Mgr just said they did not know repair company made Sunday calls- but their job is to know! Unable to buy enough food to cook for 3 days/used a smaller refrig in garage for drinks and ate out in small groups for 3 days rather than cooked together as one big family. Would recommend this house only if a different Prop Mgr.

Perfect

We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This by far was the best. It was not only very clean but well stocked. We needed nothing except our food. Our welcome surprise was wonderful! The pool area was so comfortable and private. So much so that our family of 11 spent more time there than at the beach. Great vacation and we hope to return next summer.

Even better than we expected!

This home was simply perfect for our family of 13 (5 young children). Each couple had their own "suite", and the kids had the bunk room and play room on the 2nd floor. The pool was large with plenty of seating. It was a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend using the golf cart IF you have young children, because they LOVED riding around in it, and it was much easier than getting them in and out of cars! Shannon was THE BEST in answering any questions that we had.

Family time summer of ‘22

Great location, spacious interior, clean, good size pool, provided enough dishes, utensils, appliance and cookware to prepare and serve meals for 14 peopl having an ice machine was great appreciated the welcome basket beach towels and recreational toys Enjoyed the bicycles although some had flat tires and could not be pumped up

Perfect for a large family of all ages

The house was beautiful and we appreciated 3 large bedrooms with king size beds. Everything was spotless including the pool. The elevator was helpful and the house was equipped with everything needed. All appliances worked perfectly. Highly recommend this house.

Wonderful!

This property was amazing! From the very special welcome items (wine, meats and cheeses, milk, orange juice, pancake mix and syrup, and more) we knew we chose the right house for our summer vacation. The spacious house offered enough room for everyone. The adults all enjoyed having king-sized beds and the bunk room was very much enjoyed by the kids and teens. It was very nice having a pool to enjoy after the beach as well. You cannot go wrong renting this house and we will definitely rent again when returning to the area. Thank you so much!

Nickens Family loved their stay!

Our Family stayed at this location for our first real vacation since Covid. We absolutely loved the house!! The house is extremely clean! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The pool is amazing and private. Even though the neighborhood is quiet, we felt comfortable laughing, playing music, and enjoying our family in the pool each day. Shannon was perfect!! The first day we arrived there was a tropical storm. She answered our emails, helped us locate batteries and candles. She remained attentive to our needs for the rest of our stay. Fabulous Family Vacation Home!!

We absolutely loved staying at SEAesta beach house! The house was spacious and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for the beach. There was even a "welcome" package with fruit, coffee, a cheese board, and sand toys! We were surprised to find there was a high chair and crib there as well. The location was perfect, the golf cart ideal, and our family really enjoyed the beautiful pool area each day after the beach. We look forward to our next visit to SEAesta beach house!

Excellent

This is a great house for large groups. We had 11 people spanning 3 generations with children of all ages and it worked well for everyone. Although not beachfront, this home has one of the shortest walks to the beach possible. The pool was a great way to entertain the kids while the grown ups were still gearing up for the day and also to cool off in the afternoon. The home is extremely well appointed: shampoo & conditioner, kitchen supplies, even sound machines in the bedrooms. The bunk room was a dream for kids and having several rooms with king beds was ideal for adults. The separate tv room for kids was great for us as well. We would definitely return.

Great spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. Close to the beach and easy access to all the shopping areas. The golf cart was far more useful than I would have imagined. For having 3 family groups here, it was a great setup. The pool area was great as well.

Everything you need

The house is gorgeous and was stocked with more than I dreamed the owner would provide. I wish I would have known so I could have packed less. For example, there was shampoo & conditioner in every shower. We encountered a few small problems. The TV in the game room would randomly lose connection. The master toilet had to be reset twice; it just stopped flushing. The bunkbed room's shower would not get hot, so the kids used our bathroom. The remote for one side of the master bed would not work. Finally, the landscapers came after the pool guys on the same day. The pool was full of leaves from where they trimmed. It took quite some time to clean that up. I'd suggest trying to schedule that differently. Even with those little issues, I would return in a heartbeat. The house is amazing, the amenities are so nice, and we had a phenomenal time!

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

From beginning to end our experience with SEAesta was outstanding. The manager, Shannon, went over the top to welcome our family and make us feel at home. She coordinated the baby rental gear, the much beloved golf cart, and even had milk, juice, and wine waiting when we arrived. This experience was better than any 5⭐️Resort we’ve ever visited. We will be back next year!!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. We were especially appreciative of the amenities provided upon our arrival. The beach access was convenient, the pool was a refreshing respite in the afternoon. The well stocked kitchen and upscale appliances made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The property manager, Shannon, was very helpful and welcoming.

Best beach house getaway

House was even nicer than the photos. The pool and garden area was a dream. Plenty of room for our large family of 12 to lounge and eat together but also have our own space. Furnishings are beautiful and beach is a ten minute walk.

Amazing House- Attentive and Responsive Property Manager

We just got back from our family vacation at St. Simons and I can confidently say this property exceeded our expectations. The house is great, very spacious and updated with tons of room for a large family. The pool and back deck area were great for kids and allowed us to get away from the middle of the day heat of the beach. The location is perfect, while not on the beach, it's a very short walk (2 blocks). The property manager (Shannon) was very responsive and when we had any minor issue, she promptly sent out someone to address it. Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Would love to come back again

This house is a gem. The renters are so accommodating and left us with pancake mix, wine, shampoo and conditioner and cupcakes! We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with friends and kids were there too. The bunk room is genius for consolidating all the kids and we spent 90% of our days in the pool. It was clean, had everything we needed and they were responsive from the beginning.
