The Coast Cottage community provides a quaint, charming atmosphere for your beach vacation. A single street lined with picturesque beach cottages ends with an oceanfront community pool, pavilion and boardwalk directly to the beach. The community features an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

Merrimac Cottage, located at 16 Coast Cottage Lane, features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Only a short stroll from popular Coast Guard Beach, 150 steps take you to the community pool, pavilion and all-day fun in the sun. Inside this coastal chic cottage, families find ocean breezes from the  balconies and the southern charm for which Saint Simons Island is celebrated.

The first floor features two of the three bedrooms. One bedroom features two queen beds with ensuite bath and the other three tri-bunks with ensuite bath.

The second level offers a large open floor plan, offering guests a great space for gathering whether to cook, eat, watch TV or just lounge. Enjoy a sophisticated gourmet kitchen with gas range, standalone ice maker, wine cooler and bar seating for four. Guests can take in the ocean breeze from the plush swinging bed located on the balcony.

Keep traveling up the stairs to the third floor where guest will find the private master suite with ensuite bath and private balcony.

The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home.

Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
