Our family stayed here for a few days over spring break. It was a good visit! We appreciated the clean property which had all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was great! Thank you for a great visit!

I have stayed in many different types of properties up and down the east coast, and this one was by far my absolute favorite. It was extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities I was looking for. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Candice was a great host and was very responsive to all of our questions. If I am ever in St Simons Island, this property will no doubt be my first choice. We loved it! Beautiful home!

The community is great and close to good places to eat. The home is cozy and clean and the host is very attentive.

Great area to stay in and very dog friendly. The condo just needed some minor repairs and updating. Candice our host was very helpful. The pool and work out facilities clean and the grounds well maintained. We love St Simons Island

Place was very clean and nice. Location was quiet and private, but still very close to food and shopping amenities. Only issue we had was the air freshener was dialed up to max upon our arrival. So strong we had to unplug it and open windows and turn fan on and leave for a couple hours. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the beach, the pool, bike rides, and eating fantastic food. The condo had everything we needed to be refreshed. We look forward to returning in the future!

Amazing and Comfortable Stay

This is my second stay at this property and I will always check its availability for my next trip to St. Simon’s. The host is very accommodating and responds to communications quickly. The home is cozy and great for a longer stay.

Great place to stay

We really felt comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. It is clean and has everything you need while there. Close to restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive to main street. Candace was very kind and communicable.

Great Host

Candace was a great host and communicated very well. The property was just as the listing said it was and was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed the gated community and the pool. The condo was very clean and was located minutes from anything and everything. We will definitely use her again in the future.

Nice stay in a cozy condo

We had a great time in this rental. It was a lovely, comfortable condo in a nice, small property where it was easy to walk our dog around. It was conveniently located on the island where we could get in and out quickly and visit the sites we wanted to see. The unit had everything we needed. We really enjoyed it and the owner was very quick to respond every time we reached out.

The host was very nice and let us in the place early, which was really appreciated. The place is in a great location and the lay out is nice with plenty of room and closets. The appliances were old and outdated. The furniture was very uncomfortable and the sofa was torn. Also the cleanliness of the place was questionable, the carpet looked soiled and there was several pieces of long red hair on the shower walls. All in all it was a great stay and it served our purpose.

Almost perfect for us!

Everything was clean, and it was everything it was listed as. It was almost perfect but I have a bad back and the master bed for me was not great. I spent most of my stay sleeping on the floor. AGAIN, the bed is probably just a me thing and everyone is different, I would rent it again with.no regrets
