The community features brick paved streets, two oceanfront swimming pools & pavilion, private beach access, and uniquely designed, colorful beach cottages.

The newly listed, Ebb Tide Cottage, formerly known as June Bright is located at 37 Coast Cottage Lane, features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths.

The first level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first two guest rooms as you walk in share an adjoining bathroom. One with a king bed and one with a queen. The primary is tucked down a hallway for privacy, has a king bed, and a large, updated bathroom with a double vanity, walk in shower, and soaking tub. Each bedroom has direct access to the wrap around porch with multiple sitting areas.

The 2nd main level has a large open living room with plenty of seating around the large TV for movie nights as well as a separate table for board games and puzzles! The kitchen is nestled between the living room and formal dining room, well equipped with everything you need to prep, cook, and serve fantastic meals! Past the dining room is another guest room with two adult bunk beds, each bed features a queen, a full bath, and direct access to the porch. The wrap around porch includes an outdoor dining table as well as two sitting areas, one overlooking the oaks and the other overlooking the street line of colorful cottages.

Please note that the occupancy limit for the home also represents your occupancy limit for the common areas. In addition this property STRICTLY prohibits any parties, events, gatherings that would exceed the occupancy of the home. The third level of the gazebo will not be accessible to guests.

Bedding Includes: 2 Kings, 5 Queens.

Additional Information:

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday during  Summer months.

* Guests are not permitted access to the crows nest.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Pool Heat - The community pool is heated from Friday through Sunday from the end of September until mid-May, as well as many holiday weeks. Other days, the pool may be heated with prior request for $50 per day. Please inquire for details.

* Parking for this cottage is limited to 2 spaces. This policy is not flexible and management is not responsible for locating additional spaces.
