It was so nice having bay views, ocean is just across the street. Easy to walk to restaurants, live music, grocery store. Also easy access to drive to other beaches from this condo. Enjoyed the pool & docks too!
Very nice one bedroom, excellent location. The elevator is broken so if you have mobility issues you may want to be sure it is fixed before booking. Our only issue was the floors need good scrubbing.would stay again!
The condo was super cute and clean! The location was perfect. My son and husband fished off the back and the beach was right across the street. Super close to the grocery store and restaurants as well. Can’t wait to go back!
We really enjoyed our month stay at this property! Close to the beach grocery store and restaurants. The condo was fully equipped including beach chairs and umbrella. Helena the owner was responsive and provided a number of local tips. If we were to return to the area would definitely stay at the property

Quiet property close to groceries, shopping ,restaurants and entertainment. John’s Pass is within walking distance offering shopping and restaurants. Accessing property was easy with good communication with host. Essentials were plentiful for a weeks stay. Nice areas to sit outside and watch wildlife and dolphins swimming by!
Spacious condo, walking distance to Publix, beach, restaurants. Due to hurricane Helene, the elevators don’t work, so third floor might be off putting for some. We enjoyed 10 sunny days, watched both sunrises and sunsets, shell searching. The Dali Museum is a MUST as are Sunken Gardens. Normally we go into Tampa, but it was a beautiful basketball madhouse.We look forward to coming back.
The condo was in a great location. It's central to multiple restaurants, right across the street from the beautiful gulf. This unit is a wonderful end unit with multiple fabulous views of the bay. We were lucky enough to see a few playful dolphins during our stay. There's a well stocked kitchen with anything you need for a dinner in after a busy day.
I highly recommend this condo. We are already planning on staying again next year.
Best of both worlds in one location - beach access and on the canal with a pool!
We (2 of us) would stay again! This particular corner unit of the condo has a beautiful canal view and a Floridian feel/decor throughout. The unit provided many amenities, was extremely fresh and clean. After a day at the beach, we would sit pool side and in the cute patio area right on the canal. Walking distance to a grocery store and also many great restaurants. A very quick walk, literally across the street and you are on the beach in an quieter, less populated area compared to further down the boulevard. Our host was wonderful and timely to answer any questions. Thank you, Helena!
We absolutely loved the location and the views on both sides of the property. The condo was super clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated! The only down side was there is no visitor parking for seasonal tenants. I used to live locally and had a friend stop by before we went to dinner and he parked in a vistor spot but got a tow notice after about 20 minutes of being parked there. The owner was very quick to reply to my message but unfortunately there was nothing they could do. No fault of their own but definitely a problem of the association.
Overall, we would stay here again! I still gave 5 stars because the owners were super responsive, allowed us an early check in and late check out and the parking situation was not their fault!
The condo is on Gulf Blvd, sandwiched between the Ocean; across the street and behind properties on that side, and a canal. I'm not from Florida so I can't confirm that the body of water is part of the Inland waterway. It's beautiful. The location of the property is excellent if you want to access the Ocean. You simply walk, maybe a couple of hundred feet to the right and there is a crosswalk that takes you across the street (and the crosswalk is aided by flashing lights warning oncoming traffic to stop for you). The beach itself is amazing, wide even at high tide, beautiful white sand. The complex has a heated pool. We were there in early March, still a bit chilly for pool time, but the pool water was warm and inviting. There are also 3 small piers on the canal side that we used a couple of time to just sit out there and enjoy the sun. All good. The Condo itself was updated and clean, all the pans and utensils that we could have needed. Helena the owner was terrific and on the ball. We would gladly return. Just a couple of minor call outs. The unit has pretty much everything you need for a beach vacation. I would have appreciated luggage valets to open suitcases on. While the provided pictures of the complex are accurate; the street facing part of the building are dated and don't match the lovely condo we stayed in. The unit is a 3rd floor walk up, the elevators don't work. Bring a sherpa, I'm getting too old for that nonsense.

Beautiful View
The condo was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well but does sleep hot as it is memory foam. The back bedroom does not get the airflow as the front so we bought a fan to help at night. We really liked the kitchen and ice-maker as we normally cook our own meals. Everyone was friendly. Loved the grounds and the pool. So nice to be able to have a glass of wine and sit on the bay. The beach is huge and within walking distance. Owner provides a wagon and one beach chair that reclined-the other chairs are not for laying in the sun as they do not recline. The owner could use another so guests do not have to buy one or lay in the sand. So if this is important to you, check first! In addition, there is an elevator but it has NOT worked since the storm. I inquired before reserving and was told yes there is an elevator but not told it was broken. I have bad knees so this was somewhat of an issue for me to hike up and down 3 flights of steps. Thankfully I did not have my 84 year old mother with me. It was difficult to carry the wagon with all our things up and down 3 flights of steps as well. Other than that...it is a nice unit with a great view, was clean upon arrival and yes I probably would stay again but on the first or second floor until the elevator is fixed. We had a few issues with internet and being locked out of unit a the key-pad failed (old and needed to be replaced). Communication with owner was adequate and fixed promptly.

I was lied to I was told I was able to bring a jet ski because they have docks right out back and when you're told that a reasonable person would believe to be parking for that there. We were told it's okay just put a visitor pass on it then hours later we were told get it off the property you can't park it here the HOA president doesn't communicate with some other guy who runs the docks and the girl from The real estate company bows down to the both of them it was a complete disaster I had to put my jet ski and it open I'm filing a civil suit against the property management company the HOA president and the owners of the united public parking lot risking it to be stolen overnight. I'm going to file a civil lawsuit for bad faith and deceptive business practices against the realtor the owner of the property and the HOA president. This destroyed my weekend the stress to put in my body leaving my jet ski and trailer in an open parking lot where anybody could have pulled in and stole it at 2:00 in the morning was overwhelming. They have five visitor spots on the property they are marked visitor but you can't park in them even if you're a visitor it's ridiculous they act like they're doing you a favor by letting you park in a visitor spot what's the purpose of labeling something visitor spot if a visitor can't park in it. This is a case where the HOA president gets a little bit of power and makes completely poor decisions all over the place well that's what they make the court for
