    Coming to town for the Tampa Bay Rays vs. Milwaukee Brewers World Series? You have found your home base for Games 3, 4, and 5 on October 26th, 27th, and 28th! Located less than 19 miles from Tropicana Field (just a 45 minute drive), vacationing here makes it easy to enjoy the excitement of the series while still making time for the beach, sunshine, and a little relaxation.

    Beach Trail Oasis is a beachfront triplex located directly on the peaceful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This listing is exclusively for Unit B, a private vacation rental with its own separate entrance. Guests can enjoy an incredible beachfront location, front-row sunset views, and the relaxed charm of Indian Rocks Beach.

    Because the property includes three separate units, it can also be a wonderful option for larger families or groups traveling together who may wish to reserve multiple units while still enjoying their own private spaces.

    Property Highlights:
    • Pet-friendly! (Dogs are allowed with owner approval and non-refundable pet fee, one dog under 40 pounds),
    • Kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, all pots & pans, dishes, and cutlery.
    • All linens, towels, bedding, & pillows provided.
    • Free off-street parking included.
    • Professionally cleaned and sanitized

    • Huge backyard and decks that overlook the sandy white beach, all visitors can enjoy the separate seating areas
    • Outdoor propane grill - guests are responsible for exchanging propane tanks

    Important Information:
    • Beach chairs are not guaranteed, however, some guests leave them behind for future guest use.
    • Minimum age requirement of 25+ to book this unit
    • Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tanks for the grill
    • Accessibility Notice: Limited accessible features for disabled guests are available at this time

This was a wonderful place for us and our two boys to stay! The beach was right outside the door. Quiet beach location south of Clearwater which was very busy. The weather was the only thing that was not perfect. We will come back again!!! Great host!!! Thank you.

Great trip

Place was just as described. Great location! Very nice to have parking on site as well. Bed was comfortable air condition worked great. Literally steps from the beach.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful Beach and Amazing Sunsets. Perfect and convenient to walk out your back door to the beach, walk across the street for seafood or just 1 parking lot away from breakfast. You also have your own mini kitchen and outdoor grill for eating in! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time staying at this rental. The location weas amazing and pretty private. A couple things we did not like were the sofa, it was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was missing oven mitts and bigger pans.

Peaceful getwsy

Property was peaceful with direct view and access to the gulf. Exceptionally clean. It’s a shame houses like these are being demolished for condos. Thanks for not giving in to that. We’ll be back again!

We arrived tired and gritty after a grueling all day drive - 3 generations of bickering women from teen to grandmom. By morning we were best of friends again, and i think it was largely due to just how lovely and relaxing this place was. The beach is right outside your back door, but even for my elderly mom it was so nice to be on ground floor and enjoy a sunset with every meal from the back porch, watching the waves. Next to the lounge chairs there was a family of parrakeets to entertain us in the mornings. Bedroom is roomy, shower had great pressure and temperature. Easy parking/access - outdoor shower. Everything is there that is needed.Kitchen was well equipped (said grandma bear)Air conditioning and beach access was awesome (said mama bear)Lounge chairs for laying out and access to food: French bakery, seafood restaurant and slushy bar was all within the same block (said teen baby bear)It's good to have SOME criticism so I will dig deep and find it - if u plan to cook or use dishes, bring a dish sponge! ... and you would think with all my padding the lounge chairs wouldn't need one of those outdoor cushions but i could have used those. Yes, I settled for one of the plentiful beach towels that were provided. Great place we LOVED it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Window treatments need replacing. Especially the glass sliding doors to the open porch and beach. Landscape has been destroyed on walls by tidal surge. Two large beachfront decks were tossed around by 2recent hurricanes.

I booked this property knowing that a recent hurricane had impacted the area, so I expected some challenges. However, I was quite disappointed by the apartment itself.The location is right on the beach with direct water access, which was a plus, but the reality of the property did not match the photos. It was clear that the photos on the listing were taken a long time ago, as the area around the apartment was unkempt and felt neglected. Inside, the condition was no better: the walls in the small bathroom were visibly pulling away, and the bed in the bedroom was extremely creaky and uncomfortable.The apartment complex itself has four very small units, and unfortunately, sound insulation is lacking—you can hear just about every noise from your neighbors. For younger travelers, this might be acceptable, but if you're looking for a comfortable, quiet retreat, this is not the place. Awesome view but disappointed with condo

The location and view from the condo was great but we were disappointed in the condition of the condo and the building. The building requires an upgrade as it appears to have not had any work done in years. The condo is similar as the mouldings, doors, blinds and electrical plates needing replacement. The interior needs to be painted as it hasn't been painted in years and the bathroom could use an update. There's pictures of the beach toy room on the site showing a neat and tidy room however the room was very messy when I opened and there was a sign there recommending for users to purchase there own items, if this be the case it should be noted on the site.
