4 stylish bedrooms! On one end of the home, the kids' room is filled with two bunk beds (4 twin beds total). On the other end of the house, you'll find the other three bedrooms - two with one queen each, and the other with one king (plus an attached ensuite bathroom). The other two bedrooms on this end of the house share a common hallway bathroom.

The master ensuite bathroom has one walk-in shower, while the common-area bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms are modern and clean throughout!

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen opens up directly to the rest of the home. It is equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space to prepare huge meals for your entire family!

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, with seating for 8 (plus 4 more seats available at the bistro tables in the living area). Lots of natural light and the open floor plan makes you feel connected to the beautiful scenery right outside!

This home has two separate living rooms. You are greeted with one living room as you enter the house, which has lots of comfy seating, a smart TV, and direct access to the back patio.

Just a few steps away, you will walk into the second living room, complete with another smart TV, lots more seating, and a pool table! This second living room opens up to the private, screened-in pool deck, with a heated pool and sun bathing chairs throughout!

A unique amenity that you will not find anywhere else! The garage has been converted into a golf simulator, allowing you to practice your game in the comfortable, air conditioned indoors, no matter the temperature outside! This room is one of the highlights of the whole house - complete with (what feels like a) driving range and a huge, built-in countertop with lots more seating.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The backyard of this home is separated into two spaces. First is the back deck, with outdoor dining, a wood-burning fire pit, corn hole, and lots of seating. Right around the other side of the home, you will walk out into the private pool area, enclosed in a screened-in porch and surrounded by lots of sun bathing lounge chairs.

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
