Did you notice the Golf Cart? It's a 6 seater Lithium cart that's $10 a day, billed at time of booking. Makes the run to Kooky Coconut for some Capitain Butterscotch with the group so much fun. It even has ground effect lights and a stereo to cruise in more style then everyone else.
This place is steps from the beach. Everything you need is supplied even the beach towels.
The Space:
We designed the interior on each side of this duplex to be beachy, fresh, and clean. The space was remodeled to enjoy comfortable time in the AC, with outdoor space gather round playing games and making memories, all right near the beach! It's a duplex and you can rent the other side to allow groups up to 16 people with the units connected on the deck.
Big 75" TV, oversized queen over queen bunk bed, and 2 king beds. Turtles Nest is the perfect beach house to get your toes in the water in under a two minute walk, the perfect beach community to walk to local cuisine, and the perfect beachy interior!
The property has large beds only! I have stayed too many times cramped in a bed smaller than a queen so we had a custom queen bunk bed built that can easily support adults - oh and we added some power to charge your cell phone even on the top bed. Last, but not least the property it adorned with a massive Turtle Family. We had artwork made by a long term family friend and it welcomes color to all corners from every angle.
The kitchen is packed full of any cooking item you need, with larger pots/pans to easily create a larger meal for all hungry guests. The garage is also available to use and fits a large SUVS (plus two in the driveway) and still have room for bikes, toys, and anything else you want to bring. Plus in the garage there's a beach cart, beach chairs, and another full-size fridge/freezer for beverages for big groups staying on extended vacations. Load up the mini-van and bring the whole family to come and enjoy my families personal space.
One last thing - did you see there's an EV charger in the amenities? it's included and Tampa Bay has several rental car companies that will rent you a Tesla or other EV car to add some zip to your trip!

THE BEST - I have been vacationing to beaches since I was 5 years old. I can tell you that after spending weeks and weeks of my life at the beach; Indian Rocks Beach is the best I've found. After 35 years of traveling to beaches I picked IRB and finally bought a beach home for our family to enjoy for years to come. Easy smooth warm beach swimming, fun unique dining, lots and lots to do all over - get here as soon as you can to experience it yourself........
Getting Around:
FEET FIRST - your toes will be in the gulf in under a two minute walk. Plus you can walk to the inter-coastal side in the same time. Your feet can get you to a gas stations for extra ice/beverages in two minutes as well. Hungry? There are several restaurants within a two minute walk also
Other Things to Note:
We have the beach items handled. 8 beach towels are in the closet in the guest bathroom. Plus theres a beach cart in the garage and 4 beach chairs. We have a cooler for you too - please don't put fish in it and rinse it out for the next guests.

6-Seat Golf Cart Included (must show valid license). This beast is street legal - you can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in style! I can honestly say that having a golf cart will add a tremendous amount of joy and enhance your vacation memories! Bro-code required - return in same of better condition.
