Sunset Nest: Two Bedroom Condo with Sunset Views

Bring the whole family to this beach condo in the center of Treasure Island.
Enjoy sunset views from your balcony in this 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo. This beautiful decorated condo is just a walk across the street (1-3 min walk) to the beautiful Treasure Island beaches. This unit is located in the Crystal Palms Beach Resort which features a large heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, free Wifi and one designated parking spot. Crystal Palms Beach Resort is centrally located in the heart of Treasure Island within walking distance to severali restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. Downtown Treasure Island is less than a half a mile away (less than 10 mins walking) and the famous John Pass Village is just over a mile away (20 min walk).

The master suite features a king size bed, smart HDTV and a separate in-suite sink. Master suite has balcony access to enjoy gulf views and the sunset. It also access the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room includes a queen sized bed, smart HDTV and access to the second bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Large dining and living area with pullout sofa queen size bed that sleeps 2. The unit is equipped with a washer and a dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, toys and more are provided in a wagon for your enjoyment during your stay.

The condo is very nice, no issues with that, our issue was the major construction that was happening inside and out. We just had to leave and do something else for the day. It was excessive, for a rental that is in use. The owner is giving us a reduced rate, and that is helpful, but if I had know the situation I would have gone elsewhere.

Beautiful sunsets & views of the ocean

We had a delightful few days! Beautiful sunset views from the balconies! The beach is minutes away by walking across the street. Eric (owner) is a wonderful host! He was available and answered any questions along the way. The building is well maintained, and the pool is very nice for swimming & relaxing. Hot tub is great too! Kitchen has all the necessities for cooking. Eric also provides a wagon that is stocked for the beach which is thoughtfully appreciated.

Family beach vacation

We started our trip in Orlando, visiting some Disney parks. Then we wanted to stay on the coast for some R&R prior to heading back home. This condo was a perfect fit for my family of 4 with my brother and sister-in-law to all stay in the same condo and enjoy some family time together. The area was still wreaked due to the hurricanes with many restaurants and shops closed, but we enjoyed the easy quick walk to the beach and the pool was open to enjoy. The host was very nice and responded to messages very quickly and was very helpful and nice to deal with. We hope to rent this condo again sometime!

Great Condo...Great Location...Great Hosts

Our family Spring Break stay at Sunset Nest was fantastic! The condo has such a great beach vibe that immediately puts you in a relaxing mood (the gifted bottle of wine helped too), it was stocked with everything you will need for your home cooking and your trips to the beach with the wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Hosts Eric and Kathy couldn't have been more gracious and helpful throughout the whole stay. In fact, there was a problem with the air conditioner (it happens...it is Florida) in between the previous guests and us. Eric was upfront with us about it before we even arrived and then had people there looking at it by the time we did arrive. Unfortunately they needed to completely replace the unit which meant we were going to have some company coming in and out for a day or two to do the repair. Eric proactively remained in constant contact with us regarding what needed to happen and even insisted he reimburse us for some of our stay for the inconvenience, and he even offered other additional ideas to help. On top of that, Kathy surprised us with a very personalized gift for our family that we'll be proud to show off for years to come. I can't thank them enough for the touching gesture. If you're looking for a great place to stay, with a great vibe, a great pool, a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, and with the confidence of having hosts who know how to make sure their guests are happy with their stay....Sunset Nest is the place! Thanks again Eric and Kathy

Great stay!

The unit was perfect for our trip. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. The wagon with beach toys was key since we flew in and couldn’t bring those things. The walk and beach access was perfect. We walked multiple nights to dinner.

Beautiful Sunset Nest Unit

The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need throughout the entire unit including a washer/dryer unit. The Host Eric Martinez was outstanding to deal with in answering your call or text within minutes and handling the issue just as quickly. Relaxing family getaway

I would highly recommend Sunset Nest. Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive and it was clear that he wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location right across from the beach was great, with good restaurants and entertainment nearby. The wagon with beach supplies was the perfect touch! We would definitely stay here again!

Winter 2023 @ Treasure Island

Very nice property! Had a great three months there. Awesome location across the street from the beach. Good walkability to restaurants, bars, stores, ice cream shops! Rentable Relaxtion

Beautiful Condo in Treasure Island, Florida. I have never rented a more organized, spotless, simple yet stylish beach property. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. Fantastic location. Short walk to the beach. Surrounded by manicured landscaping, delicious restaurants and several ice cream shops. A great choice with the BEST owners! Do not keep searching... this is the perfect place!

Perfect 3 day stay in Sunset Nest

We stayed at Sunset Nest for 3 nights in early June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect, and Eric was a great host - he answered questions quickly and completely and sent us very detailed information about the condo, how to use the facilities and how to enjoy our time there and in the area. The condo itself was lovely - very clean, very nicely decorated and exactly as pictured on VRBO. The wagon full of beach supplies was overflowing with chairs and toys and I could only think that it would be perfect to bring to the beach with us if our grandchildren were with us. Thank you for sharing Sunset Nest with us for our 3 day visit!

Sunset Nest is the Best!
