Welcome to the Sunset Bungalows - the perfect place to relax after enjoying all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer. The Bungalows consist of 3 separate homes - Big Blue, Lil' Green and Peach Pad and a shared pool area. This listing is for Lil' Green. You and your guests will have private access to Lil' Green, shared access to the pool area and your own parking spot

The paved common area is nestled behind Big Blue and between the front entrance of Lil' Green and Peach Pad. The shared common area consists of a pool, and sun loungers. The common area can be accessed via the back door of Big Blue or the entry gate next to the parking lot at the front of the property.

Lil' Green is a 50's themed studio complete with retro-fit appliances, record player and other amenities to fit the era situated to the east of the pool.

On site, guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, and lounging in the sun. Rainy day? No problem! Guests can relax inside by playing board games, cards, or watching TV!

The kitchen features new appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and other goodies, including a Nespresso machine (pods included) and tea kettle (tea included). All beds are queen size with new luxury bedding. There is a Washer and Dryer located behind the green bungalow. Each unit has one reserved parking space (up to 6 cars can fit in the parking area).
